Just exploring this home that was constructed from a 17th Century sugar mill will be an adventure. The balconies that overlook the living areas, the separate cottages, and the gardens that shade the property during the heat of the day are entertainment in themselves.

Mullins Mill is a home of unique character located on eight acres of landscaped grounds. The main house, constructed around a 17th Century sugar mill, consists of three buildings connected by uncovered stairways.
Mullins Mill can accommodate parties of up to 18 in 8 air-conditioned bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. There are four bedrooms located in the main house and two in the guest cottage (suitable for teenagers, children, and/or nannies). A sitting/dining veranda overlooks the gardens and cliff side gazebo and offers ocean views. Bedrooms No. 5, 6,7,8 are located in the cottages within the gardens near the Main House. All Cottage bedrooms have Twin beds that can be made into kings.
A gazebo on the cliff side has views of the coastline, and the home has a ridge side infinity swimming pool with cabana and separate Jacuzzi (located about 100 yards through the tropical gardens from the main house). To the east of the main house is a tennis court, garden, and an orchard.
Mullins Mill is run by an efficient staff that will do their best to make your holiday a memorable one. This home is the perfect location for weddings and special occasions. Please note a venue fee will apply. Kindly enquire for more details.

* Guests have use of the owner’s private beach cabana right on the famous Gibbs Beach (just a 5-minute drive from Mullins Mill).
* Golf can also be arranged at Sandy Lane Hotel (about a 20-minute drive south).
* Spa facilities are available at a 3-minute drive down the hill at Indulgence Spa.
