The One at St. James is a first floor luxury condo on the West Coast near Sandy Lane Hotel. This peaceful villa features breathtaking ocean views and is just minutes from the trendiest bars, restaurants, and local amenities.
Paynes Bay’s white sand beach and crystal clear waters are only steps away. Follow the tranquil walkway just past the secure gate with key entry. Enjoy lazy days under the beach’s umbrellas while sipping sundowners, or head out to one of the many restaurants along the coast. Back at the condo, guests can lounge and dine on the private balcony with a panoramic ocean view.
The One at St James has a spacious, open plan design with air-conditioning and WiFi throughout. The state of the art kitchen features a marbled center island, stainless steel appliances, and sleek cabinetry. There’s also entertainment facilities for movie nights and background music. The master suite opens directly to the balcony and ocean views, and features a walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom has a tub, a rain shower, and a double vanity. The three additional bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms of varying sizes. For even more privacy, there’s a detached guest cottage with a small kitchenette, a living/dining area, and a queen suite.
