High Trees sits at the end of a shaded, semi-circular driveway near Gibbes Beach. The villa features traditional terrazzo floors, neutral chic decor, and pops of color in the lush garden.
Wide French doors open to the massive covered patio, which has al fresco dining and a large living area. There’s another dining area off to the side, just outside the kitchen. Steps away, a wooden deck with loungers surrounds a mosaic-tiled pool and an outdoor shower. A pathway leads through the lovely gardens and manicured lawn to a second deck area at the beach’s edge. This deck features a dining gazebo, outdoor dining, and privacy offered by the low sea wall. High Trees has an antique cannon that alludes to the island’s colonial past, as well as two gates that offer direct access to Gibbes Beach.
The entry foyer at the center of the villa serves as the indoor living area. The oversized kitchen is located on the left, and has French doors that open to the covered patio. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms, and three have twin beds that can be converted into a king. Three of the bedrooms open to the pool deck, and the fourth suite is located off the entry foyer.
High Trees is located within walking distance to Gibbes and Mullins Beach, and is just a 5 minute drive from Speightstown. This villa is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends who want to relax by the sea.
