Jamoon is a charming two-story home surrounded by landscaped gardens in the Sandy Lane Estate. The villa is fully staffed with a chef, cook, housekeeper, and laundress.
Outdoor amenities abound at Jamoon, including volleyball and badminton. Miniature wooden bridges lead to an inviting pool and floating loungers. Whimsical tropical paintings on the exterior walls blend in with the villa’s lush vegetation. Guests also have access to Sandy Lane’s beach facilities, which is a short drive from the villa. Casual outdoor dining is set up on the wide, covered terrace, and a chic living area sits to the side. Seating and dining nooks are nestled throughout the gardens for more private lounging.
Double doors open to the pristine foyer’s tiled floors and palm tree centerpiece. On the left, there is a powder room and a pantry with a wine cooler, mini fridge, and an icemaker. Just ahead is the open-plan living room with high ceilings, a skylight, and a pool view. The living room was designed for groups, and has plenty of comfortable seating, an antique dining table for 20 people, and a baby grand piano. There’s also a cozy TV room, an equipped study, and WiFi throughout the house.
Seven bedrooms are spread throughout the home, and each has ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There is one master suite on each floor, and both have ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and French doors leading to a private terrace. The other bedrooms come with dressing rooms, and most have French doors opening to a patio, the garden, or the pool deck. Two suites have queen beds and one suite has two twin beds that can be made up as a king. The guest wing to the left of the foyer, known as The Cottage, has its own pool access and a shared bathroom. One of the Cottage suites has two twin beds that can be made up as a king, and the other has a queen bed.
Jamoon is conveniently located a short distance from duty-free shopping, pristine beaches, and an array of dining options. Tennis and golf are nearby, and Holetown is minutes away.
