Eden at Sugar Hill is nestled within an acre of tropical gardens in an exclusive Platinum Coast community. This luxurious vacation rental combines colonial architecture and chic interiors to create a slice of paradise.
Dine and relax in comfort on the large balcony overlooking the pool and lush landscape. A grand dining table, plush couches and armchairs, and ceiling fans outfit the balcony for any occasion. On the lower level, the charming poolside gazebo offers a more relaxed option for al fresco lunches or sunset cocktail hours. The pool terrace is surrounded by landscaped gardens and furnished with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a BBQ grill. An oversized veranda sits between the pool deck and the villa’s interiors, and this space is furnished with cushioned armchairs and loveseats. Eden’s guests also have access to Sugar Hill’s Clubhouse and Facilities. An air-conditioned gym, communal pool, restaurant and bar, and four floodlit tennis courts.
A sweeping marble staircase leads upstairs to the open plan living area. The living area’s entertainment center includes a 42-inch HDTV, satellite channels, Sonos, and independently controlled speakers. Both the living area and the kitchen open to the covered balcony. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large prep island, and a blender. The main villa houses four air-conditioned bedrooms with marble ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and access to an expansive covered patio. The upper level suite opens to the balcony and enjoys a queen bed, while the lower level’s bedrooms open to the pool deck. Two of the lower level suites have king beds that convert into twins, and one suite has a four-poster king bed. A separate self-contained cottage at the edge of the pool deck includes a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a media room with a SmartTV and a DVD player. The cottage can work for couples or teenagers, as it has two twin beds that convert into a king, a separate entrance, and a poolside veranda.
Eden at Sugar Hill is a mere five minutes from the beach, and shops, activities, and restaurants are a 10-minute drive away. Eden is staffed with well-trained, friendly staff including a butler, cook, housekeeper, and gardener. Guests also have complimentary beach club membership at the exclusive Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. Membership includes full use of the onsite café, sun beds, umbrellas, showers, changing facilities, and water sports rentals.
