La Josephine, St. Martin villa review
I have traveled a lot and this includes many Carribean villas and different islands .
This was our second trip to St Marteen.
La Josephine was a beautiful Villa with great views of a Carribean backdrop.
La Josephine was exceptionally clean with an awesome House keeper and concierge.
Pool was clean and nice infinity.
Get the code for the security gate or “ wait “ for Security.
COVID has certainly added. some stress, we opted for the Nurse to test us at the Villa but be prepared to pay $ 100 per person in cash only . There was a local pharmacy that would except cc and the cost was 45.
And if you’ve tested positive- make sure you have a copy of that lab result with you.
Overall I would recommend this lovely La Josephine,

Wonderful Villa
La Josephine, St. Martin villa review
The villa is just as pictured. We were a total of 7. 6 ladies and 1 gentleman. The 5 bedrooms were in the main villa, the sixth bedroom was a separate cottage. Great for the person(s) who want to be with the group but also separate. The villa is in a gated area and very close to the Dutch side of the island. The management team insured that we had all the essentials and helped us navigate the island. The villa was well maintained and the housekeeper insured that we had fresh towels and linens everyday. We all had a marvelous time, at this most welcoming villa. Vacationing at La Josephine was a joy. The only downside were the biting insects. Insect repellent is a must. You definitely need a car to enjoy the island.
Betsy is the best. Our flight for takeoff was delayed by 5 hours. One of our guest traveled separately and was on the island before us. Betsy secured a early check-in for our guest and secured transportation through the local management team on the island. Traveling with a large group can be overwhelming trying to coordinate everyone’s payment and logistics. Betsy helped to secure each individual payment and helped everyone to navigate the on-line system. Betsy was always extremely responsive to answer our questions and concerns..

This is a must-see!
La Josephine, St. Martin villa review
This was another wonderful vacation provided by WhereToStay.com. We were a party of 13 adults. We loved the location - even with construction (which started around 8 am and stoped by mid-day) and a area wide power outage on our last evening at the villa.
We were met by our driver at the airport and taken to the villa. We were told that the villa had recently undergone a refurbish, and we found the villa all that we were expecting and more.
Our housekeeper and on-site maintenance man were very helpful, even though they spoke very little English and we spoke no French. The location of Terre Basse is beautiful and very convenient to all areas of the island. This is an island that should be visited, a true must!
We had a great time and loved every minute of our stay at La Josephine. We would go back anytime!
