Hacienda has plenty of space for a large group, and has a great location for exploring the island. It’s private, but still close to the beach! Also, the master bedroom is huge, and separate from the rest of the house! You’ll feel like you’re in a boutique hotel at Hacienda Villa.

Hacienda Villa sits on the Terres Basses hillside with an expansive lawn and terraces that are perfect for relaxing amidst the ocean view.
Outside, the pool terrace stretches across the property, with several shaded lounges and tanning spots around the pool. Umbrellas give guests control of sunbathing, and covered tables are ready for dining al fresco. An additional veranda holds an outdoor living area, with a plush sectional and armchairs perfect for beach reads, as well as a dining area complete with a built-in grill. This fully air conditioned home has a living room that features a plasma TV and seating perfect for entertaining, while the adjacent dining table is conveniently located between the living room and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop island, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar.
Each of the seven bedrooms has air-conditioning and ceiling fans. In the main house, one bedroom has a king-sized bed and shares a bathroom with the children’s bedroom, which has a twin bunk and a twin bed. In the guest wing, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, and separate exterior entrance. In the guest cottage there is a king-sized bedroom with an ensuite. This bedroom opens up to a terrace perfect for relaxing after a long day. The last three bedrooms are located in a separate cottage. They all feature an ensuite and a shared terrace.
Baie Longue Beach and Cupecoy Beach are 2 minutes away from Hacienda Villa, and Porto Cupecoy’s shopping is a short drive away. In the opposite direction, guests can explore Baie Nettle’s various restaurants. Marigot, Grand Case, and Philipsburg are all less than 30 minutes from the villa as well, so exploring St. Martin is a cinch.
