Bella Vita Villa is located in Pelican Key on the Dutch side of St. Martin. Bella Vita is a sumptuous, seven-bedroom contemporary home located in the residential enclave of Pelican Key in Dutch St. Maarten.
The infinity pool rests at the end of Bella Vita’s expansive terrace, which is furnished with loungers and armchairs. There are several places to dine al fresco, from the dining table to the bar top. Next to the al fresco dining spots, there is an outdoor kitchen with a stainless steel cooktop, sink, and wraparound countertops. From every spot around the infinity pool and sundeck, there are gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea, Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Kitts.
This ultra modern, beautiful villa rental offers luxurious amenities and unparalleled ocean views. Over 10,000 square feet of interior space stretches across seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a large living space, a dining room, and a gourmet kitchen. The living room and kitchen are truly breathtaking, with incredibly chic design and the latest appliances and technology. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wine fridges, two ovens, and more. The villa also offers a media room and a home gym.
Each of the seven suites have an ensuite bathroom. Six of the suites have king beds and the seventh has two full beds. Four of the bedrooms are on the main level and three are on the lower level. The villa relies completely on solar power and Tesla technology. An on-site caretaker and housekeeper maintain the villa.
Bella Vita Villa is conveniently located near restaurants, nightlife, and several beaches. Kim Sha and Simpson Bay Beach can be reached within five minutes or less, and Mullet Bay Beach is a 10-minute drive from the villa.
