Mandalay rests against the Terres Basses hillside above Plum Bay. This five-bedroom villa enjoys gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea and sunsets over Plum Bay.
A swimming pool and wading area stretches across the corner of the massive sundeck. Sets of stairs lead into the pool from various spots, and several gazebos with shaded dining and seating rest around the border. Reclining loungers, potted palms, and flowering cactus gardens surround the sundeck. A large, covered balcony connects the exterior to the villa’s open-concept interior.
Walls of sliding glass doors open off of the Great Room. Travertine floors and vaulted, beam ceilings expand the space even more, and modern amenities add comfort. The living area features natural wood furnishings, a cream-colored linen sectional, and a Samsung Smart TV. A dining table rests in the adjacent corner and seats 10 guests. Long, gray stone countertops, Bosch and Smeg appliances, and overflow storage outfit the gourmet kitchen. Mandalay’s reception area features more glass walls and oriental figurines.
Each of the five bedrooms enjoys contemporary, monochromatic design and ensuite bathrooms outfitted in beige and natural stone. Every bedroom has a large Smart TV and interior access. The master suite has a walk-in closet and opens on to the pool terrace along with the second suite with two twin beds.
Mandalay feels totally private, yet is within a short drive of Plum Bay Beach. Long Bay Beach and Baie Rouge Beach are also just a few minutes away. Restaurants and shops can be reached in ten minutes.
