This contemporary beach villa offers a back terrace with several outdoor living spaces, including a dining gazebo and tasteful patio furnishings. This space is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, giving guests desirable seclusion, while still offering stunning ocean views. Beyond the footpath a private gateway leads to the beach where white sands and turquoise waters await.

The house features an open-design concept with modern furniture, coral stone finishes and wood flooring, as well as access to the terrace via large glass doors which open onto the wide terrace area with easy access to the cottage. The villa services include a cook to prepare your gastronomic delights, housekeeper and night watchman for an added sense of security.

The perfect accommodation for up to eight guests including children, the home’s four bedrooms are split evenly between the main house and detached cottage. In the main house suites both feature king size beds, while the cottage’s bedrooms include a queen size suite and one room with two twin beds; all rooms boast private en-suite bathrooms.

Conveniently situated near the bustling Holetown, a range of dining, shopping and sightseeing attractions flourish the area. Guests can also enjoy many activities while staying at Thespina including water sports, tennis and world class golf just a short distance from the villa.
