The villa has an outdoor terrace with a large pool, perfect for swimming laps, and a dining gazebo overlooking the beach. The expansive terrace wraps around the villa, with covered seating outside every room. Tropical gardens add privacy without blocking the view from the deck, living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The living and dining room’s open floor plan blends seamlessly with the terrace outside, and high ceilings add airiness to the space. A satellite TV, small library, and ample seating make the room perfect for family gatherings or relaxing afternoons with friends. The dining table seats 10, and the gourmet kitchen has every necessity for cooking feasts.
The master bedroom is located off the living room, and sliding glass doors inside open to the ocean view. The king-sized poster bed and ensuite bathroom lend luxury and privacy to the suite. The second bedroom also an ensuite bathroom and a king-sized bed like the master. The third and fourth bedroom are equal size with a king-sized bed. The fifth bedroom has a queen bedroom, and the fifth bedroom has a double bed.
