Mes Amis overlooks Baie Rouge from a clifftop perch on the western end of St. Martin. This gated property rests within a private community with unbelievable sunset and ocean views.
The expansive exterior features two heated pools, several terraces with ocean views, and a clifftop Jacuzzi. Mes Amis’ decks are interconnected and multileveled, so guests have plenty of space to spread out and relax. The infinity-edge pool features submerged loungers, a wide wading area, and panoramic vistas. More loungers border the pool, and thatched palapas shade two cushioned sectionals. The open-air gazebo shades a circular wet bar with seating. A walkway leads to the clifftop Jacuzzi, and a set of stairs leads to the spacious veranda. The veranda shades Mes Amis’ outdoor lounge and dining tables, and opens to the modern interior. The second pool sits at the center of a lush courtyard surrounded by loungers and mature trees.
Glass doors open to Mes Amis’ spacious interior designed with vaulted ceilings and travertine tile floors. The living room opens to the sundeck and is furnished with oversized sectionals, sofas, and armchairs. The warm den with natural stone walls provides space to work, watch movies, or read a book. All white cabinetry, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and vibrant countertops outfit the gourmet kitchen. The dining room has quirky furnishings and a unique chandelier. Mes Amis has thirteen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and twelve bedrooms have king beds. One bedroom has two twin beds.
Mes Amis is maintained by a housekeeper, caretaker, gardener, and poolman. Chef service is included for holiday bookings and can be added for an additional charge at any other time. Mes Amis villa is perfect for weddings, parties, and conferences.
