Villa de Agua has all the amenities of a classic Caribbean rental, and the design is magazine-worthy. If you love to cook, the kitchen’s luxury appliances and massive counter space will be real crowd-pleasers! One of my favorite features are the master suites. There’s one upstairs and one downstairs, and both have outdoor showers and gorgeous views.
Luxury villa with expansive views of the ocean!
Villa de Agua is a gated, resort villa with ocean views and beach proximity. This villa enjoys an oceanfront location in Punta Cana near the beach, restaurants, activities, and the airport.
The villa’s outdoor space resembles a private resort, with manicured lawns, a freeform infinity edge pool, and mature palms waving overhead. A large sundeck and extended veranda provide ample space to lounge, sunbathe, and dine al fresco. The barbecue area and outdoor kitchen next to the pool are a major asset, as well.
Every room features Caribbean-inspired artwork and high ceilings. Ocean views pour into the main living room’s floor-to-ceiling windows, and it’s entertainment system features Apple TV, SONOS, satellite, and cable. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a massive double fridge, and a reverse-osmosis water purification system. Seaglass-inspired hues accent the white cabinetry, and sunlight streams in through the windows and glass door. The dining room seats 12 guests and enjoys striking decor, floor-to-ceiling windows, and chic pendant lighting. Also, Villa de Agua’s laundry room is stocked with two washing machines and two dryers.
Each bedroom includes air-conditioning, a safe, a flatscreen TV, a sound system, and closet space. There are six suites in total, and they are spread across two levels. The master suite offers a king bed, an oceanfront balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an outdoor shower, and a mini fridge. The second upper-level suite offers two queen beds, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third upper-level suite has a king bed, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth upper-level suite has an oceanfront balcony, a mini fridge, an an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth upper-level suite offers two queen beds, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the main level, there is a king suite with exterior access, a private patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an outdoor shower, and a tub.
Villa de Agua includes a modern security system and 80 mbps WiFi for guests’ comfort. Corales Beach is a short distance from the villa.
