ÀNI Dominican Republic is a luxurious 14-bedroom estate on a private peninsula near Playa Caleton on the northeastern end of the island. The estate is made up of Villa Amber and Villa Larimar, which both enjoy 270º views of the sea, beach, and mountains.
This estate comes with no shortage of amenities, with resort-style pools, water slides, a tennis court, gym, and spa. After working out in the fully-equipped fitness center, take advantage of the complimentary, daily traditional treatments in the spa. Sunbathe in total privacy on the estate’s beach with loungers, umbrellas, and games throughout. On top of five-star amenities, the property comes staffed with a 24-hour butler and personal chef. The estate’s architecture was designed by Sarah Garcia, and blends island living with contemporary style to create a unique luxury experience. Every room, from the gym to the living spaces, opens to the tropical surroundings through floor-to-ceiling windows or sliding doors. The living and dining pavilions are mostly open-air, so guests can feel united with the sea wherever they are. Every furnishing, light fixture, and textile has been selected to exude rustic elegance. Each room is designed for large groups, with high cathedral ceilings in the main areas and an open floor plan throughout. Both villas in the estate have a billiards table, games, wet bar, and media room.
ÀNI Dominican Republic has 14 bedrooms spread throughout two villas. Villa Amber has 6 bedrooms, and Villa Larimar has eight bedrooms. Amber and Larimar’s upper levels each hold Bay View Suites with balconies overlooking the turquoise sea. The villas’ lower levels each have suites that can be made up as king or twin bedrooms. The three lower level bedrooms surround the villas’ living rooms, which each take up 6,000 square feet and are open-walled. Each of the independent Ocean View Suites offer guests privacy without isolating them too much from the action of the main villas. The Bay View and Ocean View Suites have a terrace, Apple TV with Netflix, and ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower and large soaking tub. They’re designed with pitched ceilings and decorated with unique artwork displayed on onyx slabs.
