Blue Oasis offers seclusion and privacy in Cap Cana, a gated community in Punta Cana. Modern architecture combines with glamorous amenities to create the ultimate luxury villa.
Playa Juanillo’s white sand and palm trees line the property and lead into the sea. Stone stairs lead from the villa’s private beach up to the lounging deck. The villa also offers not one, but four swimming areas amidst the deck. Its largest pool offers three levels of space to swim laps in, and there are three smaller hot tubs and plunge pools. The upper level of the largest pool wraps around the length of the villa, with bridges and stone pathways connecting the deck to the veranda. Submerged seats along the wooden bar provide the perfect spot for cocktail hour, and wading areas are placed throughout the pools for young swimmers. Al fresco dining and lounging furniture surround the deck, so there’s plenty of room for every guest to breathe in the crisp, salty air.
Wood-framed glass doors lead into Blue Oasis’s common areas. The high-ceilinged foyer incorporates a futuristic spiral staircase, two sculptures, and a glass chandelier with dozens of sparkling tear-drops. On one wing, there’s a lounge area with picture windows, unique sculptures, a comfortable sitting area, and a wet bar. Down the other wing, there’s a large living room with a white-marbled piano and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features pastel countertops and backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and ample lighting. Blue Oasis is maintained by three housekeepers, a chef, and a waiter.
The spiral staircase leads up to Blue Oasis’s seven bedrooms. The master suite offers ocean views through a large window and balcony, while the second suite offers a TV, balcony access, and views. Both feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The third suite offers a king bed, garden view, and balcony access. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each feature two queen beds, garden views, balcony access, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with tubs and walk-in showers. Lastly, the sixth suite offers a king bed, the seventh has a queen, and the eighth bedroom has a king.
Cap Cana is a 26-square mile paradise blessed with colorful coral reefs, calm waters, and white sand beaches. Villa guests have access to all of the resort’s amenities, including the casa club, marina, golf, and water sports.
