Sunny Side Up lives up to its name. The colors used throughout the villa are happy colors that set a holiday mood from the moment you arrive. You’ll find plenty to do in and around the villa to fill your days. During the days, you can relax around the pool on one of the cushioned loungers, or head down the hill to Long Bay Beach or Smuggler’s Cove for some beachcombing or snorkeling among the live reefs. While you’re out, sample some of the local fare at one of the many restaurants in the area. In the evenings, there are board games available in the house to bring groups together and generate laughter and a little friendly competition.

Sunny Side Up is a three-bedroom villa that sits hillside, surveying a wide view of the islands and sea, and the curve of sandy Long Bay Beach lying below in a grove of palm trees.
Up a hilly road, Sunny Side Up offers three air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites on three levels, well separated for privacy. On the villa’s main level, the blue Great Room shares space with an open-plan kitchen done in mahogany cabinetry and granite countertops flanked by seagrass barstools.
The Great Room looks out to the sea through high arched windows and doors framed by blue shutters. It’s furnished with cushioned seagrass sofas and chairs, and on the ocean side, opens to a covered verandah overlooking the salt pond and Long Bay, and beyond to a myriad of faraway emerald islets and cays.
Another arched doorway leads out to the pool deck and to a covered poolside alfresco dining area for 8 to 10. Along the back of the tiled pool deck is a smaller table and chairs, wet bar, mini-fridge, CD player, and large stainless steel built-in gas grill, and a handy shower.
Four chaise lounges are lined up along the pool’s edge, perfect for working on your island suntan. Across the pool deck from the Great Room’s pavilion is an air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite with two queen beds dressed in dark blue and tropical netting, cable TV and DVD player, and a bath with a tiled alfresco shower. This bedroom opens out to a covered seaward veranda which connects back to the pool deck.
A staircase takes you from the pool deck up to the master suite, which overlooks the pool deck and the sea vistas. This air-conditioned suite is distinguished by a four-poster king bed, cable TV, a double-vanity bathroom with a private alfresco shower of native blue bit stone just outside. A covered veranda which opens from the master suite completes the charm of this secluded aerie.
On Sunny Side Up’s lower level is the third air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite, a private blue suite featuring two queen beds, cable TV and a tiled bathroom. This villa announces “fun holiday” with its artistic and bold use of colors inside and out; it’s surrounded by terraced gardens and palms, anchored by native stone accent walls, and is situated to catch cooling trade winds and showcase its 180-degree vista.
