Kessi Villa sits above Cap Estate with views of the island’s lush palm trees and bougainvillea. This two-story villa combines antebellum architecture with chic interiors for a uniquely Caribbean experience.
The villa’s wraparound veranda provides tons of seating, lounging space, and dining options. Palm trees embrace the lawn and veranda, providing privacy to the Grecian pool and tiled deck. Spend the afternoon snoozing in the hammock, grilling on the gas BBQ, or playing a round of pool around the billiards table. French doors lead into the Great Room, designed with warm, wooden floorboards, mahogany accents, and crisp white furnishings. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, blender, and wine cooler. Kessi features air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and netting in each of the large ensuite bedrooms. The first floor has two bedrooms that each open to the veranda. One suite has a four-poster king bed, TV, a reading nook, and a shower. The second suite has two twin bunks and a shower. The master suite takes up the entire second floor and has a king bed, a balcony, and a telescope. Its bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Kessi’s staff includes housekeeping and a cook. The villa is 20 minutes from George Charles Airport, 10 minutes from the Rodney Bay Marina and the Reduit Beach area, and 5 minutes from the golf course. There are several beaches within five to seven minutes of the villa.
