Cayman Castle and Guesthouse sits oceanfront on a two-acre walled estate in Cayman’s East End. The Castle enjoys a quiet location elevated above Gun Bay.
Direct ocean access, an infinity pool, and a plunge pool leave guests plenty of space to swim and soak up the sunshine. The attached public beach offers 300 feet of white sand, excellent sunbathing, and proximity to several snorkeling reefs. Thatched palapas and kayaks provide entertainment by the sea, while the villa’s extensive terrace space provides more privacy. The terraces are multi-leveled and include several verandas and balconies. The main porch’s 17-foot dining table offers panoramic views from the main porch. Guests can cook outside on the stainless steel propane grill, serve snacks on the prep area’s granite countertops, or sip drinks in chaise lounges around the pool. The lower and main levels both offer covered verandas, so guests can relax outside come rain or shine.
The Castle’s unique, circular design allows guests to enjoy ocean views from several vantage points. Sliding glass doors lead into the second level’s kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a Kitchenaid mixer, and a drip coffee maker. Guests can dine at the bar or around the dining table. The living area’s flatscreen AppleTV and comfortable furnishings round out the space. The main level holds two master suites with ensuite bathrooms and access to the common area. One suite has a king bed and one has a queen. The queen suite also has a bunk bed, so families can share the suite.
The lower level holds a bar and sitting room with direct access to the pool deck. This level’s bedrooms include a queen suite and a bunk room, both with ensuite bathrooms. The queen suite enjoys exterior access, seating, and a flatscreen AppleTV. On the third floor, there is a master king suite with a dining area, a roofed balcony, and an ensuite bathroom.
Cayman Castle’s Guesthouse is fully independent from the Castle, with its own plunge pool and covered patio. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a blender, a coffee maker, and dining space for four guests. The living room offers comfortable seating, a flatscreen AppleTV, and Bose speakers. The guesthouse has a king suite and a queen suite, and both have ensuite bathrooms and seating.
Cayman Castle and Guesthouse sits within walking distance from Ocean Frontiers dive shop, restaurants, and supermarkets. Both the Castle and the Guesthouse are fully equipped with air-conditioning, WiFi, and a sound system. This is the perfect villa for families, friends, and everyone in between.
