The villa is only a few minutes away from Leverick Bay Resort, so if you want to indulge in a little retail therapy or sample some of the local cuisine, it’s all within your grasp.

Anniversary House sits on the highest ridge of Leverick Bay, with views of the North Sound from every vantage point. The villa is spread out over three pavilions, all surrounded by tropical gardens.
A covered veranda complete with al fresco dining and a gas BBQ grill wraps around three sides of the Main Pavilion. The infinity pool sits adjacent and looks out at the harbor, seeming to flow into the coast below. Outdoor furnishings line the pool, and a lawn sits in the center of the property. The Great Room is just inside, and encompasses the living, dining, and cooking areas. Lounge in the living area and gaze at the ocean from the window seat, or dine at the table between the kitchen and living room. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking gas range, a wet bar with ice maker, and a collection of dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cookware. The Garden Pavilion and Poolside Pavilion sit nearby, each housing two bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, cable TV, CD players, telephones, and covered decks. A king suite and queen suite reside in the Garden Pavilion, ideal for adults. In the Poolside Pavilion, one bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other bedroom has one twin and one queen-sized bed.
Anniversary House’s is private, yet near Leverick Bay’s beach and water sports. Leverick Bay Resort sits nearby, with The Restaurant at Leverick Bay, Leverick Bay Marina, Watersports, Dive BVI, Chef’s Pantry, a laundromat, a spa, gift shops, and a pool. Leverick Bay is located 15-20 minutes from the airport/Spanish Town and 10-15 minutes from Mahoe Bay.
