Ana Capri Estate offers 5,000 square feet of absolute beauty on Tortola’s North Shore. Panoramic views of Guana Island, Little Camanoe, the Dogs, and Necker Island stretch across the horizon, and several beaches rest along the North Shore.
Italian-style architecture adds a note of elegance to Ana Capri’s interior and exterior. Two stories of patios, terraces, and verandas surround the infinity pool’s turquoise waters. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing, a dining gazebo, and loungers facing the ocean view. The handmade, local stone patio at the opposite end of the house offers a quiet retreat amongst lush greenery. Arches frame the view on the lounging balcony furnished with plush sofas and armchairs.
The Estate combines Tuscan charm with modern amenities to ensure guests’ ultimate comfort. WiFi is available throughout the villa, and a sound system is wired in the living room, kitchen, and pool deck. The home theatre’s flatscreen 55” TV, PS3/BluRay player, and surround sound fills the living room. Ana Capri’s main level holds the living room, the full kitchen, the formal dining room, and laundry facilities. The covered porch opens off this level and leads to the pool deck. European craftsmen installed Romanian tile throughout the villa’s exterior and interior, so every space is tied together with style. Upstairs, there is a home office with a mahogany desk and a Murphy bed.
Each of Ana Capri’s air-conditioned bedrooms offers custom made mahogany furniture and ensuite bathrooms. The master suite is on the second floor and has a king bed, a private balcony with access to the pool deck, and a bathtub and shower. The other three suites have queen pillow-top mattresses and are spread around the lower level. Two of the bedrooms also have small balconies. Ana Capri also has a powder room, a Gazebo powder room, and two outdoor showers by the pool deck. There are also two queen air mattresses in case kids or friends need more room.
Ana Capri enjoys a central location between gorgeous Trunk Bay, surfing in Josiah’s Bay, and dining at the Bananakeet Cafe. Cooten Bay Beach is a 10 minute walk downhill, and Lambert Beach is a 10-15 minute drive away.
