Tip of The Tail is a luxurious beachfront villa at the end of the Turtle Tail peninsula in Turks and Caicos. This Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired property is gated, fully staffed with a chef and butler, and ultra private.
This vacation rental has direct access to 500 feet of private beach, and gorgeous views of the sea. Down by the water, guests can sunbathe or snooze in the shade on one of the loungers. Take kayaks or paddle boards out on the water, or go snorkeling to explore the coastline. Pedal the villa’s bicycles along the quiet road for a great workout, or go through a vinyasa flow on the yoga deck. Everyone will enjoy the glass-walled pool, with a wading section for children and enough length to swim laps in. Multiple guests could layout together on the massive sun lounger at the head of the pool, whether it’s to have a picnic, play a board game, or just to soak up the sun. Guests will also love congregating around the fire pit in the evening, to roast s’mores, enjoy cocktails, or watch the sunset. There’s outdoor living and dining areas as well, so everyone will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. Kick back and relax as the daily butler and private chef take care of every chore and responsibility.
A step inside from the expansive terrace leads into the Great Room for seamless indoor/outdoor living, which incorporates the kitchen and living room. A Sonos system throughout lends background music to the entire home. An oversized leather sectional borders the living room, and provides the ideal movie-watching spot facing the flat screen TV. The kitchen sits behind, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a breakfast bar, Keurig, wine fridge, and a large dining table. There’s even a lounge area below with a billiards table, video game, and bar. All five bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, TV, lounge area, and a private balcony with seating. The two king bedrooms each have walk-in closets, a rain shower, and soaking tub in the ensuite bathroom. The other three suites each have two queen-sized beds, and the ensuite bathrooms have rain showers.
Tip of the Tail is isolated and private, yet only 8 minutes from shops and restaurants. The Island’s Tennis Club, Princess Alexandra National Park, and Turtle Cove Marina are all 15 minutes or less away. The Provo Golf Club is just over 20 minutes away, so everyone can find an activity to make their vacation perfect.
