Sandy Estate is a beachfront property on Turtle Tail. Composed of two villas, this estate offers a plethora of luxurious facilities.
At Sandy Estate, you’ll find a variety of amenities and activities to keep you entertained. The property is home to two beautiful villas, each with its own private pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The villas offer plenty of space to accommodate large groups, with 8 bedrooms and plenty of living space. The views are simply breathtaking, with sweeping panoramas of the Caribbean Sea and Turtle Tail Beach.
The beach sits just beyond the pool terrace at Sandy Bottom Villa, and there’s a fire pit there so you can enjoy the night sky. The façade of the home is clean and contemporary, and it has an elevated lounge area and an oceanfront infinity pool. A sunken bar and grill sit beside the pool, as is a daybed surrounded by glass windows. The raised lounge area houses the living and dining areas and extends to the kitchen. The kitchen features a dining table for ten people and five bar stools. It has elegant cabinets and built-in equipment made of stainless steel. The open-concept common area in Sandy Bottom has cable TV and a music system for guest pleasure.
The four bedrooms in this beachfront home are distributed across two levels. Three king bedrooms are located on the pool level, while the master suite is located on the second level. One of the suites on the pool level may be configured as twin beds or a king bed. The main bedroom has magnificent views of Flamingo Lake and the Caicos Banks. Each of the four bedrooms have ocean views, a flat-screen TV with cable, and exterior access. A guest lounge with large, inviting furniture and stunning views of Turtle Tail, Flamingo Lake, and the Caicos Banks is located on the third floor.
Sandy Shore Villa is beachside, and is very much like Sandy Bottom. Its pool has breathtaking views of the water. The huge outdoor dining table is perfect for casual dinners, and two covered pergolas on each side of the pool provide ample seating with shade. There is a sitting area where parents may observe children splashing in the water and a stone walk that descends to the beach. Guests can use the complimentary kayaks to go on adventures in the sea.
The open-plan living and dining space has an elegant touch thanks to the simple white design with wood accents and a neutral color palette. The space has an 18-foot sliding door system that opens to the pool and an ocean view with screens that fold away. A TV and audio system are available to keep guests engaged. Top-of-the-line cookware and stainless steel equipment are included in the gourmet kitchen’s entire setup. The master bedroom has a king-sized, four-poster bed and French doors opening to the pool patio. It also has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedrooms are identical in size, each with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
