Know Before You Go...®
Palermo provides expansive views of Turtle Tail, and you won’t be able to get enough of the infinity pool and easy access to the ocean. Walk to the platform in the ocean and jump right in, or take any of the provided sport equipment - the kayaks are a must! Almost all of the rooms open to the sea in one way or another, so ocean lovers will feel right at home.
Located in the heart of Turtle Tail!
Palermo Villa is a secluded Mediterranean-style villa in the heart of Turtle Tail. Breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea are front and center from the deck and nearly every room.
Start the day off kayaking in the sea or swimming in the lap pool, which stretches nearly the full length of the home. A staircase leads down to the sea and a private dock, so going between home and sea is easy. Another pool sits above, so kids can splash around without crowding. Al fresco dining and lounging next to the children’s pool gives parents a place to relax and take in the view. This area opens to the kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, via the pass-through window. Inside the villa, guests can watch TV in the living room or nestle into the armchair with a book from the library. There are four spacious bedrooms in the Main House, each with ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning. There are two king suites that each open to the pool and have ocean views. The queen suite also has exterior access and ocean views. The fourth suite can be made up as a king or two twins.
Nearly one and one-half acres of well-tended landscaping makes Villa Palermo a veritable paradise. Only a short drive from Grace Bay, guests can relax in peace or explore the island whenever they want.

Perfect Vacation Home
Palermo Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
The Villa is fantastic! The views are amazing and you can just sit and enjoy the view all day. The house is spacious and has all the amenities needed for a week long vacation. We were two families that stayed for a week and we loved the Villa. In addition, Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with and his recommendations were really helpful.

Spectacular Place!!
Palermo Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Our family of 9, ranging in age from 65 to 5 months thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful Villa and TCI for 9 days. It was hard to leave. The view of the ocean is unbelievable. The place is so clean and spacious. We had a lady come in and give professional massages to most of us. So refreshing. The pool was large and beautiful. It was nice to have the place cleaned midway thru our stay. A good supply of toiletries was available as well as spices, coffee, laundry detergent. We made good use of the large propane grill on the beautiful patio. The grounds were so well kept with all the gorgeous native bushes and flowers. Andrew at WhereToStay was wonderful to work with as well as the villa managers.
We felt very safe in TCI during COVID. Our hands were sprayed before we entered any restaurants, gift shops, or excursions. The 4 kids in their 20s and 30s enjoyed diving three days thru DIVE PROVO. We all enjoyed a half day on DREAM TOURS boat snorkeling, cruising, swimming and seeing the iguanas on Iguana Island.
The beaches on TCI can’t be beat! They are so well groomed and large. They were definitely not crowded during this time.
WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL PLACE!!
Andrew was so wonderful to work with. He answered emails almost immediately. He made sure we had a crib and rocking chair for the baby and offered other Amenities. I originally found this Villa through another vacation site, but switched to Andrew because he was so willing to work with our schedule and so responsive. Such a great guy. I love WhereToStays online portal. Good to have all of our travel needs summarized in one spot.

Palermo Villa is Special
Palermo Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
We knew the villa would be a special place as soon as we started up the driveway. My wife and I took our three children and their spouses there for one week. We’d get up in the morning and watch the sun rise over the open ocean. Dinners in the evening were wonderful. The location is very quiet and private compared to the famous Grace Bay, which is lined with resorts and restaurants.
We enjoyed going to Iguana Island, and the best location on the island in February was at the North End. February is quite windy, so we would have to drive different places to find more protected coves. The water in front of Amanyara Resort was calm and couldn’t be more clear.

Andrew and WhereToStay.com are a pleasure to work with. They have great follow-up.

Compliments the reason you come to this island.
Palermo Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
You come to Provo to relax, view unbelievable blue water, white sand, and to make memories with family or friends. Palermo Villa’s setting and hospitality perfectly compliments the reason you come to this island. Many times I mentally thanked the owners and courteous caretakers. The well thought out floor plan allows gentle breeze to flow through the rooms, provides privacy, has a well stocked kitchen, ample soft towels, many comfortable seating arrangements, tasteful décor, a huge library of movies and books (my daughter loved the washer and dryer). We enjoyed morning coffee, afternoon drinks by the pool, board games, meals at the table, and listening to our favorite playlists while watching shooting stars.
It is a generous house where former guests pay it forward with everything from sun screen to gourmet cooking salts.
Getting our family of six together is not easy and our time together is special. This is our third experience working with Where to Stay. Andrew, Faye, and the crew on Provo did a tremendous job providing superb service with countless and thoughtful attendance to the finest details. Palermo Villa made us feel safe, pampered, and loved.
Beautiful memories.
I can still hear the waves caressing the rocks outside our bedroom window.
