Blue Vista is an absolutely stunning villa in Turtle Tail with breathtaking ocean views and convenience to Grace Bay Beach. This waterfront villa offers six spacious bedrooms, a guest house, and extensive outdoor space.
The generously sized sundeck provides ample room to lounge, cook, and dine. At the edge of the deck, there is an infinity-edge lap pool that seems to blend into the sea. Loungers border the opposite side of the pool, and umbrellas provide optional shade. Just behind the pool, guests can relax in the canopied daybed, take in the view from the fire pit sectionals, or feast around the al fresco dining table. The expanded outdoor kitchen features a stainless steel barbecue grill, a mini fridge, and an ice machine. A wide staircase leads down to the oceanfront cabana, which rests a few feet from the water’s edge. Blue Vista guests also have access to kayaks and paddle boards, an outdoor shower, and the ocean.
Massive sliding glass doors lead into the living room, which has gorgeous leather couches, a glass coffee table, two armchairs, and an elegant flatscreen TV. The gorgeous dining table features cerulean marble that mimics the sea, and seats eight guests. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and sleek cabinetry with tons of storage. Four of Blue Vista’s bedrooms are in the main house, and two are in the guest house. The main house suites include three king bedrooms, which each have an ensuite bathroom. There is also an office with a double sofa bed. In the guest house, there is a master suite with a king bed and a second suite with two queen beds. Both suites have ensuite bathrooms and exterior access only.
Blue Vista is only 10 minutes from Grace Bay Beach, and within easy access of several restaurants and shops. The villa has full air-conditioning and WiFi throughout the property.
