Mirabelle is ideal if you want the beauty of Turks and Caicos without the crowds of Grace Bay. Sapodilla Bay is one of the less-populated beaches on Provo, but its still totally beautiful and easy to access. The house sits right on the beach, but there’s gardens to add privacy. Chalk Sound is on the other side of the road, and you can rent water sports equipment from the beach or the nearby Las Brisas restaurant.

Mirabelle is a classic, beachfront villa on Sapodilla Bay. This 4,000 square foot vacation home has two levels of airy, modern interiors and direct beach access.
A sun-drenched path leads to Sapodilla Bay Beach, where the white sand gradually merges into the turquoise sea. A couple of kayaks, standup paddle boards, beach chairs, and a pair of hammocks are nearby, and the water is calm and shallow. The beach pavilion is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets over the sea. Coconut palms shade the villa’s lap pool and surrounding terrace. Clusters of sun-loungers and dining nooks are available for poolside reading, chatting, and relaxing. Feast on sizzling, smoky tapas fresh from the grill in the exterior dining area under the veranda. Arches frame the ocean view and ceiling fans combat the tropical heat.
Raftered, cathedral ceilings and pocket doors frame the common area. The living room has an entertainment system, a library, and comfortable furnishings. Meanwhile, the dining table seats 12 and leads into the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a glass-topped stove, an extraction hood, a corner wine cooler, natural wood-faced cupboards, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Housekeeping visits mid-week. Mirabelle has four bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the guest cottage. On the upper level, there’s an open, airy master suite with its own bathroom, covered deck and seating area. The second upper level suite has two extra long twin beds. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground level and enjoy pool and garden views. The ground level master suite features a king bed with exterior access, and the guest suite has two extra long twin beds. The guest cottage has a queen suite, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living room.
Sapodilla Bay is known for its peacefulness and gorgeous sunsets. It’s minutes from Chalk Sound, and several restaurants are within a 10-15 minute drive.
