Waterfront villa on Sapodilla Bay!
La Mer West is a gated, waterfront villa with incredible views and luxurious design. Located on Sapodilla Bay in Chalk Sound, La Mer West offers travelers a peaceful and serene vacation filled with top notch amenities.
The terrace features covered and uncovered lounge areas and a 300 square foot negative infinity pool with sunbeds. The outdoor barbecue pavilion and alfresco dining for 12, sit beside the pool offering guests the opportunity to enjoy their meal while enjoying the turquoise water views. A set of stairs leads to the ground level, where a series of stone steps go to the water’s edge.
La Mer West’s neutral color palette is highlighted by wood accents. The interior is chic and elegant, with expansive windows and sliding doors. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all be found on the same level as the pool. A sectional sofa in the living area looks out over the breathtaking seaside vistas provided by the picture windows. High ceilings make the living space seem larger, allowing for the natural light to filter in. The dining table for 10 sits next to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is finished off with high-end appliances, and there’s extra space for visitors at the breakfast bar. The third floor houses the office and in home theater.
La Mer West’s five bedrooms all have ensuite baths. The lower level houses three king bedrooms and one double queen bedroom. There are two king bedrooms with ocean views. The fifth bedroom is on the third floor mezzanine and has a king bed as well as views of Chalk Sound. All bedrooms have a TV. There is an elevator, air conditioning, WiFi, and a security system at La Mer West. The villa is looked after by a butler and a housekeeper.
Sapodilla Bay is recognized for its peace and quiet. Grace Bay is a 10-minute drive from the property, as is Las Brisas Restaurant.
