Hesperides House is a contemporary villa on the southwestern shore of Provo in the exclusive Silly Creek Estate. The estate has sea views across the Caicos Bank to West Harbor Point.
The infinity edged pool and waterfront gazebo add luxury to the villa’s outdoor space. The bi-level pool deck provides ample space for lounging chaises and seating. An additional deck sits just at the edge of the cliff, with adirondack chairs to take in the sunsets. Across the deck, closer to the villa, an outdoor dining space complete with a fire pit and BBQ grill provides a chance for al fresco meals. The covered dining space just beyond seats 8, with a ceiling fan above. An additional covered outdoor living area sits around the corner.
The indoor living space is modern and chic, with a family-style sectional and flat screen TV. The indoor dining space sits behind the sectional and seats 10, with a breakfast bar adjacent. Behind the breakfast bar is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. The library features a 65” TV, Sonos, and home theater system.
The master suite has an outdoor tub and shower, as well as wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has sliding glass doors on two walls, both of which open to the pool terrace. The third bedroom has a window bench with a large window that’s perfect as a reading nook. The fourth bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the covered walkway just off the pool terrace. The fifth and final bedroom opens to the covered walkway as well, with a small garden just outside the door. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bath.
Hesperides is located on the edge of a national park, which provides miles of shoreline and deserted beaches. Sapodilla Bay and Las Brisas restaurant on Chalk Sound are a short drive from the villa.
