Oceanside Tower is a beautifully understated villa offering simple luxury in a waterfront setting. This gated, four-bedroom home is located in the quiet Silly Creek peninsula.
Outfitted with wraparound verandas, tasteful decor, and modern finishes, the villa’s neutral design emphasizes the ocean’s vibrancy. Sunbathed and shaded teak decks ensure relaxation, and the oceanfront deck offers loungers and a staircase into the sea. An infinity-edge pool overlooks the sea and borders the veranda furnished with al fresco dining and seating. Although Oceanside Tower has a convenient location, it’s also gated and guarded by a security system.
The kitchen appliances are hidden behind custom carpentry, and stainless steel finishes add modern contrast. Air-conditioning and vaulted ceilings keep the common area cool, from the dining table to the plush living room.
