Samsara borders tropical gardens, white sand, and the sea. Four acres provide ample privacy for large groups without sacrificing convenience to Smiths Reef and Grace Bay Beach.

Several elevated and sunken pools interconnect to form a massive, resort-style swimming area with waterfalls, swim-up bars, and partial shade. In addition to the central pools, there is a circular hot tub at the end of the main sundeck. Gazebos surround the sundeck and provide shade to open-air lounges and dining areas. The outdoor kitchen is replete with a stainless steel BBQ grill and rotisserie, granite countertops, a mini fridge, and bartop dining. Samsara’s outdoor lounges and dining spaces are extensive, with shaded seating for up to 24 guests. Sunbeds and loungers are placed across the oceanfront terraces, pavilions, and cove. An impressive staircase with a fire pit leads down to Samsara Beach, where pristine white sands and calm waters await. A yoga deck, an outdoor shower, lounges, and a beach bar furnish the bay, while play areas, a full tennis court, and basketball facilities outfit the nearby coconut grove. This slice of the sea is perfect for swimming, non-motorized water sports, and snorkeling through coral reefs.

Refined decor and contemporary design add luxury to Samsara’s sprawling interior. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with several prep spaces, expansive countertops, bar dining, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens on two sides to the exterior kitchen and pool. The open-air living area opens on three sides to the pool and sundeck. SONOS and WiFi run throughout the home, and each suite has its own air-conditioning unit. A library and board games provide entertainment, while cribs, cots, toddler beds, pack ‘n play, high-chairs, and toddler seats are available for families. Daily housekeeping and laundry service are included.

Samsara offers ten bedrooms, including seven king suites and three children’s suites which sleeps a total of 14 adults and 8 children. Each suite has exterior access only. The Grand Master Suite enjoys over a thousand square feet of living space, including a super-king bed, two walk-in closets, a dressing room, stunning ocean views, a lounge, and an elaborate ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features its own balconies, dual vanity, glass-walled shower, outdoor shower, double jacuzzi tub, and ocean views. There is also a poolside pavilion with a daybed and ocean views. The Coconut Suite offers a private garden with a refrigerated bar, al fresco dining, loungers, and an outdoor shower. This suite has gated exterior access and is closest to the swimming area. The hardwood king bed, plush furnishings, and generous wardrobe outfit the suite, while the adjoined bathroom offers a dual vanity, outdoor shower, and separate toilet room. The Palm Suite is surrounded by fully-grown coconut palms and offers two oceanfront balconies. High, wooden ceilings frame the king bed’s ocean views. Each king suite enjoys a high-quality entertainment system with Smart/Apple TVs.

The Grand Balcony, Ocean, Sunrise, and Sunset Suites are all on the lower level. The Grand Balcony Suite offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, 400 square feet of ocean views, a sundeck, and the balcony’s outdoor lounge area. The Ocean Suite has two points of access, a larger floor plan, an in-room fridge, and ocean views. The Sunrise and Sunset Suites each have a king bed and a lofted children’s suite with two twin beds. These “family suites” each have a SmartTV, a communal lounge, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, dual showerheads, and a dressing room. The Loft House Bedroom is on the upper level of the family suites and comfortably fits two full beds and a small lounge. The family suites share an expansive balcony with loungers, seating, ocean views.

Samsara has an ideal location within a short drive of the island’s best-known attractions, like Grace Bay, Turtle Cove Marina, and Turks Head Brewery. Several restaurants and shops are within five minutes of the villa.
