Sunrise Villa is absolutely gorgeous and puts you right on Long Bay Beach. The villa rests on an acre of beachfront property and has tons of space inside and out to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views. The interior is just as gorgeous as the exterior, with modern amenities and design in every single room.
Beautiful beachfront villa on Long Bay Beach!
Sunrise Villa is a three-story beachfront villa with stunning views and an acre of oceanfront property. This Long Bay rental offers direct water access and modern amenities.
Crystal clear, turquoise waters stretch across the horizon, and guests have direct access to the water just off the patio. The travertine sundeck borders a mosaic-tiled lap pool, a stainless steel shower, and ample lounging space. Cook outside on the barbecue grill and kitchen station, then enjoy meals al fresco beneath the veranda. There are expansive shaded decks on the lower and upper levels, and all of the balconies and steps use crystal railing LED glass to eliminate any barriers between guests and the view. Sunrise Villa is also gated, so the property offers privacy without sacrificing convenience.
This property offers 11,500 square feet of interior space, including seven bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, two kitchens, a gym, a media room, and two laundry rooms. Each room enjoys individual air-conditioning units, ceiling fans, soundproofing, and custom shiplap paneling. On the main level, there is an open-concept chef’s kitchen with aqua backsplash and countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island with bar top dining. The kitchen’s appliances include two dishwashers, a gas commercial grade range and hood, and a separate ice maker and wine refrigerator. The adjacent dining table seats eight guests. On the other side of the dining table, there’s a living space with a flatscreen TV and plush furnishings. The main level opens to the veranda and gorgeous ocean views.
On the garden level, there is a media room with an 85 inch Smart TV, a full kitchenette with a bar, and a gym. The gym features a mountain climber, free weights, a pull up bar, and a rubber mat floor. The garden level also has four king suites. The master suite enjoys a flatscreen TV, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second suite has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bath. These last three suites each have exterior access.
The top level has three oceanfront suites with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and exterior access. Each suite enjoys 20 x 10 foot glass doors that open to ocean views. One suite also has a private terrace and flatscreen TV. Cable TV, WIFI, Netflix and Amazon Prime are available on all TV’s.
Long Bay Beach is the perfect three-mile stretch of sugar-soft sands and turquoise waters. This beach favors jet skiing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Sunrise Villa is equipped with an automatic gate and a home security system monitored 24/7 by Dove Security. WiFi runs throughout the villa, pool, deck, and beach.

Our party of 10 (7 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful week at Sunrise! Everything was as advertised and all of Andrew’s recommendations were spot on. The views were spectacular! As a hotelier and hospitality professional I would 100% recommend the property and Where to Stay.

This is the second year in a row that my family has rented Sunrise Villa and it was just as amazing as the first time. My family has rented a couple different Villas but hands down everyone wanted to come back to Sunrise.

Better than Advertised!
Sunrise, Turks and Caicos villa review
Sunrise was an amazing villa which exceeded our expectation. We have rented many vacation homes through the years that were not as advertised or the service staff did were not responsive to issues. From the day we signed the agreement, to the greeting by the on site representative, Pricilla, and up to our departure, our experience was awesome.
The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and fully supplied with basic needs. The views from the pool deck and upper bedroom balconies were spectacular. We had a couple of minor needs that were addressed promptly by Pricilla.
Turks and Caicos was a wonderful island to visit, but coming back to this home after all our daytime and evening activities made the visit so much better
Thank you Andrew for everything. Dealing with you was an absolute pleasure.

Beautiful home, great location!
Sunrise, Turks and Caicos villa review
The Villa was clean and had a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. The only problems that we had were that the pool noodles were falling apart, missing a paddle for one of the board paddles, one paddle board didn’t have a fin on it, a light busted in the kitchen over the island, and batteries needed to be replaced in the A/C remotes. Minor issues but all around loved this home. It was perfect for our family vacation!
The WhereToStay team were very pleasant, quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns!

Great Villa & Space
Sunrise, Turks and Caicos villa review
Villa was clean, just as pictured and even cozier in person! The beach is a little rough directly behind the house, but a short 3 minute beach walk got you right onto soft, beautiful sand. We had a couple of miss-communications with a few requests that I made upon arrival but not a big deal and overall, Sharon was kind and able to provide a lot of useful information. Definitely recommend this property for a large group.
Betsy only responded once and although sometimes slower to respond, but Sharon was able to provide and answer most of our questions.

Amazing!
Sunrise, Turks and Caicos villa review
The villa was beautiful inside and out. It was very well equipped with everything you need from enough crockery, cups, utensils to plenty of beach towels! Priscilla who checked us in and out was amazing and always happy to help with excursions and recommendations fro activities to restaurants. Where to Stay was brilliant from start to finish.
We had 6 people staying and there was ample room for many more comfortably. Villa was in a great location with the beach just feet away from the villa. I would highly recommend the Villla to rent and using where to stay to book it.
Andrew was fantastic and helped us all the way. He was brilliant and always there to answer any questions and recommend places.
