Know Before You Go...®
Sandy Beaches is one of the most economical rentals for a large group, especially when you consider just how close it is to Long Bay Beach– you’re right on it! The 2.5 miles of barely-developed beach feel like it’s all yours. If you want a break from the beach, take a swim in the hydrotherapeutic pool. Watch the sunsets with a drink in hand and crank up the pool jets for extra relaxation. Sandy Beaches also features a secluded tiki hut-covered hammock and plenty of outdoor seating areas– there’s a tranquil spot for everyone.
Beachfront!
Sandy Beaches is a Long Bay vacation rental with central air-conditioning and stunning sunrises. Lush, tropical landscaping offers privacy without obstructing the ocean view.
Stroll down the white sandy beach for a half-mile to the south and two miles to the north, just a short walk from the pool. There’s a beachfront tiki hut with hammock chairs so guests can relax by or on the sea all day. Take in stunning sunrises from the pool deck and beautiful sunsets from the front deck, both surrounded by palm trees. The infinity-edge pool and pool house offer a refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The pool has two fish fountains that pour into the pool and an in-pool bench with hydrotherapy jets. The pool house offers the convenience of a powder room and outdoor shower. There’s also a Weber gas grill in the shade, and multiple al fresco dining areas. Inside the living room, guests can watch TV on the flatscreen, read a book from the library, or play board games. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware, and the entire interior has air-conditioning and high, exposed beam ceilings. Each of Sandy Beaches’ bedrooms has cable TV and an ensuite bathroom. On the lower level, there are two queen suites that each have exterior access only. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The king and queen suite each open to a private terrace, and the king suite has exterior access. The third upper level bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a king.
Long Bay is mostly residential, so guests are nearly guaranteed privacy. Plus, the constant waves and steady wind makes Long Bay a great destination for water sports. A short walk along the beach will take guests to standup paddle boarding, kitesurfing, and more. Groceries and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away, and Grace Bay is within a short drive.

Best Vacation I’ve Ever Had
Sandy Beaches Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
I can’t wait to return to Sandy Beaches Villa next year. It’s in a perfect location, and we had everything we needed. Words and pictures cannot describe this villa. It’s truly amazing.
Our service from WhereToStay was superb and far above the rest! Andrew, thank you for handling all the details prior to our arrival.

Wonderful Villa
Sandy Beaches Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Sandy Beaches was a perfect villa for our group of 6. It is as advertised. It stays amazingly cool without using the air-conditioning, and the pool is fantastic. We have stayed at several comparably-priced villas on the island, and this was the best for the price that we’ve ever found.
Bob was fantastic to work with at the villa. He is very responsive and full of information. You will enjoy getting to know him.
Andrew and WhereToStay were great to work with as well. Andrew was a very big help throughout the process. No issues at all!

Sandy Beaches Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Great villa on quiet beach. The top floor with its 3 bedrooms and kitchen was perfect. Close proximity to grocery store (by car ) and restaurants. Andrew was very helpful in sharing information about the island, facilities, and transportation.

Not the best set up for large family
Sandy Beaches Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
When we rented this house, originally had 3 families that were planning on traveling. Unfortunately, 1 family was unable to join due to covid. We were hoping the owner would be willing to work with us since we would only be needing the top floor and the house could be rented with only 3 bedrooms. It did not work out that way but thankfully, we did not need to use the bottom 2 bedrooms. The musty smell down there was unbelievable. When we first arrived, the windows were opened. We did mention the smell and the maintenance man said it was the wood furniture. I don’t believe that to be the case, it was definitely an overpowering musty smell. If I am wrong and it is the furniture, they need to change it out. The smell was so bad that our 16/18 yr old boys decided they were not going to stay down there and preferred to be upstairs with their parents. (that should say something). If you plan on using the bottom floor, know this. I am amazed we hadn’t seen any reviews to this. Also, you literally have to walk around the house to get down there so it doesn’t feel like a large family gathering house. There are no lounge chairs at the little beach out back and the maintenance man said we could not bring them down from the pool bc they would rust. Every other house on the beach has chairs so this is very disappointing and hopefully they will change this policy. There were no blankets on the beds (only sheets) which was also super surprising. Thankfully, I traveled with one and the kids and father didn’t want one. One last thing to note, the pool was super cold. It was not just a nice refreshing cool off, it was ice cold.
