This villa has four spacious, totally luxurious bedrooms so you can bring your friends, family, or other couples. The canal views give you plenty of boat- and people-watching to do while swimming in the lap pool, sunbathing on the deck, or dining beneath the veranda.

Sugar Apple enjoys a waterfront location on the Leeward Marina in Kira Island. The location has the best views and convenience to Grace Bay Beach.
The impressive exterior features a lap pool in the center of an expanded sundeck. The deck is furnished with over a dozen loungers, umbrellas, cushioned chaises, and cushioned armchairs. A set of stairs leads down to a cocktail patio with cushioned chairs and a fire pit. Next to the pool, there is a partially shaded al fresco dining set for eight guests and a stainless steel barbecue grill. Sugar Apple also has a private dock with direct access to the marina.
Within the bright, airy interior, there is a cozy living room with plush seating, a flatscreen TV, and modern decor. The adjacent kitchen features gorgeous backsplash and complimenting granite countertops surrounding stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and breakfast bar dining. There’s also a formal dining space between the living room and kitchen. Sugar Apple offers daily housekeeping, a full laundry room, and WiFi.
Each of the four bedrooms enjoys an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower and a flatscreen TV. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and garden views. One is on the first level and the other is on the second level. The other two bedrooms are both on the second level. One of these suites has a full bed and a canal view, while the other has a king bed and water views.
Sugar Apple is only five minutes from Grace Bay Beach’s restaurants, bars, activities, and water sports. There are also several restaurants, supermarkets, and local businesses around the Leeward Marina.
