Milestone is a beautifully-maintained villa on Grace Bay Beach, with picturesque views and tons of amenities. Guests can expect serenity and tropical bliss at this beachfront vacation rental.

Milestone gives guests plenty of room to soak up the sun and relax. The terrace envelopes the large heated pool with spa.  With loungers adjacent to the pool and in the shallow areas there are plenty of places to sit back and relax. There is two outdoor pavilions. One features alfresco dining tables and a grill, while the other pavilion sits on the opposite side of the pool and features comfortable sofas and chairs, a bar, and a table to sit and gather.  A private pathway leads to the beach, where guests can swim and kayak in the water or make s’mores around the fire pit. The sunsets are stunning over the water, stretched across the horizon. Since the villa is on the end of Grace Bay, guests get to enjoy powder soft white sand and amazing reefs without sacrificing privacy. Beach bars and water sports are a short walk down the coast, but the villa is far enough from the center of the action to serve as a peaceful retreat.

Upon entering the villa, guests are greeted by a pool view and expansive Great Room. The living room is bordered by an oversized sectional, with modern accents and sliding glass doors leading to the terrace. Guests can watch movies on the flatscreen Plasma TV or read books in the cozy window seat to the side. There’s another window seat in the dining room, where guests can eat around a gorgeous table with mood lighting overhead. The spacious gourmet kitchen is a breeze, with top-of-the-line cookware, expansive bar top with seating, and stainless steel appliances. Work and study in the home office, which enjoys a pool view and privacy. Daily housekeeping, chef services, and a butler maintain Milestone and help guests kick back and relax.

The bedding at Milestone is thoughtfully designed for families. In the main house there are six bedrooms. Two masters and a guest room sit on the main level. Both king masters have sea views,  pool views, and access to the pool terrace, while the guest room features twin beds and a garden view. The other three bedrooms are on the upper level. Two of these bedrooms are master bedrooms featuring king beds and ocean views. All the bedrooms have ensuite and a TV.  The final two bedrooms are located in a guest house. One bedroom is a twin bedroom and the other is a king bed. They have TV’s and share a Juliette bathroom.

There is always something to do at Milestone Villa. If you prefer a day of exploring you can take the bicycles out for a ride, or head to your pickle ball court for a friendly game. The onsite gym comes equipped with a Peloton Bike and Tread and is located right beside the massage room.

Milestone is close to the market, marina, golf courses, shopping, and dining. Princess Alexandra National Park is nearby, and guests can find incredible snorkeling and wind sports there.
