Know Before You Go...®
Villa Sandcastle is super well-equipped, clean modern look with a beach level pool providing easy access to the beach. It has one of the largest pools of all the 2 bedroom villas on the island. It’s just perfect for two couples! Also an easy walk to the marina for drinks or dinner.
Amazing villa on Grace Bay Beach!!
Sandcastle is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, the best snorkeling on the island. This fully air-conditioned villa is great for two couples who want to be near all of Providenciales’ must-see spots.
Smiths Reef is right outside the back door, and has reefs with tropical fish, eagle rays, sea turtles, and lobster. Sandcastle villa’s beachfront location doesn’t detract from its privacy, thanks to bordering shrubs and trees. The pool has an ocean view and loungers nearby. There’s a dining veranda just beyond the loungers with a BBQ grill and sliding glass doors that lead into the living room. Nautical chic decor runs throughout the home, adding pops of blue against whitewashed interiors. Guests have the option to gaze at the view or watch TV thanks to the retractable flatscreen in the living room. The gourmet kitchen and dining table sits adjacent to the living room, and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, and blender. A half bath rounds out the main level offerings. Both of Sandcastle’s bedrooms are on the upper level, with Smart TVs, king beds, and private terraces with seating and views. The ensuite bathrooms each have a shower and tub.
Sandcastle is also within walking distance to several restaurants and the island’s main marina, Turtle Cove. The marina has a full service dive shop, bike rental, car rental, and fishing excursions.

Incredible Week at Villa Sandcastle!
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
Booking our stay with Andrew and Lori at WhereToStay was a 5 star experience! Andrew’s wealth of knowledge quickly helped us pick the best spot in Provo, Turks and Caicos. The snorkeling from the beach is INCREDIBLE! Every day we swam with a Sea Turtle and saw beautiful fish all around Smith’s Reef.
We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Stay - Villa Sandcastle is awesome
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
We had the most amazing week at villa sandcastle. The location is perfect, the house is very well maintained. Everything was spotless when we arrived and in good working order. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you’ll need to cook any meal. AC worked amazing with dedicated units to each bedroom, Wi-Fi speeds were great.
Smiths Reef just off the back door is the highlight feature of this house. The beach is a bit rocky in areas and I’d recommend water shoes for certain times of day. If you plan on snorkeling a lot, I’d recommend packing a dive flag as there is a little bit of dive boat traffic in the area.
The best part about this specific house is the location is far from public beach access spots. For most of the day we never saw anyone on the beach and there is a ton of privacy from the neighboring properties. You’ll truly feel like you’re on a private island.
There are several good restaurants in the area, Mango Reef is the best we tried nearby.
We look forward to our next trip to Villa Sandcastle!!
Excellent! Prompt responses for all questions before and they provided some advice on a few topics during our trip.

Beautiful Villa in Turks and Caicos
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
We recently stayed at the Villa Sandcastle. We really enjoyed our time there. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. The Villa had plenty of towels for the week and the kitchen had everything we needed as well, We used the grocery delivery before arrival, which was very convenient after traveling. (I would recommend ordering a case of bottled water) Andrew was very helpful in offering recommendations for activities and restaurants. When we arrived, Jona welcomed us to the Villa and gave us a tour. If we had any concerns during our stay they were addressed quickly. The only concern we had during our stay was the water pressure was a little low a couple of times but we learned that it was due to the guys servicing the pool and adding a little water. The snorkeling in front of the villa was amazing. I recommend going out right after sun rise. It’s very peaceful and you can see the turtles and sting ray
Andrew was amazing! If we had any questions he was always available to answer our calls. We truly enjoy working with Andrew and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Sandcastle - A Pristine Villa
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
Sandcastle was the perfect size for our party of 4. Two identical bedrooms, with matching floorplans and balconies. Ideally located a few short steps from Smith’s Reef for the snorkelers. The more popular Grace Bay resorts are just a short drive down the road. The Graceway IGA is also a short drive. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. This is a perfect location for someone who wants to be a bit secluded, but still be a short distance from everything.
The unit itself was spotless, the pool was large, and the appliances were new. Mechanically, this was the best Turks and Caicos Villa where I have stayed. It actually had central air on the main floor, with separate AC units in each bedroom. For a family of four, or for two couples, this is a perfect villa.
One warning is that the shoreline is a bit rocky to enter and exit the water. It may not be ideal for the very young and very old. Our group (between the ages of 11-51) had no issues. If you can navigate through ten feet of rocky shoreline, you are rewarded with a stretch of nice sand and snorkeling reef loaded with sea turtles.
I only had one very small complaint, and that was no sound system. Most villas offer a bluetooth sound system for deck and poolside music. Fortunately, I had packed a bluetooth speaker. I recommend that you do the same!
Overall, this unit is top notch, and I would happily return.
Andrew and Where to Stay have treated me well. Very easy to work with. I find them to be concise, informative, and very responsive.

Great Villa Getaway!
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
With a need to escape a Toronto winter, my wife and I were fortunate to book an open February week on short notice at Villa Sandcastle. It exceeded our expectations. Great location on the beach, with a private pool. Balconies off the second floor bedrooms provided an extra lounge location with great views. A very private and secure location, but also very close to great restaurants like Sharkbite for a relaxed atmosphere, Baci and Mango Reef for a little more upscale. Smith’s Reef was directly in front of the Villa, though it was a bit windy for good snorkeling while we were there. Andrew and his team did a great job through the booking, arrival and departure. Our only snag on the vacation was the WestJet flight with a lengthy delay, change of planes and no luggage on arrival. Andrew’s team were great in helping with our later arrival. We are looking forward to booking again through Where to Stay!

Great Stay at Sandcastle
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
Perfect for 2 couples, as have 2 identical primary bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable and villa exactly as pictured. AC worked well and did not exceed the electric allowance. Can go snorkeling right in front of the villa, though water is rougher than at Grace Bay and need to go over some rocks. Easy to walk to many restaurants. Had chef cook at the villa 1 night which was a lot of fun. WhereToStay team were very responsive and would use again.
Excellent experience with WhereToStay.com - very responsive and good info.

Breathtaking views. Perfect home for two couples!
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
Paradise!!! Villa Sandcastle is the ideal home for two couples conveniently located near the grocery store and wonderful restaurants. The modern house is clean and well-maintained. We were very happy with the house and have no complaints. The house has comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Waking up and seeing the gorgeous blue water was the perfect way to begin our day. We enjoyed the private pool, long walks on the beach and snorkeling. Easily-accessible beach snorkeling at Smith’s Reef’s is literally steps from the house! We loved seeing the colorful fish and large green turtles.
It was a wonderful, relaxing and fun vacation! Thank you Andrew and your staff for your excellent communication and assistance in making our stay extra special!
Highly recommend this home! In paradise!
It was truly a wonderful experience working with Andrew. Highly recommend WhereToStay.com!

The Perfect Beach Vacation
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
Staying at Villa Sandcastle was the perfect spot for me and my partner. We were looking for a non-resort, more private experience. This area of West Grace Bay is comprised of luxury villas. This Villa sits immediately on the beach yards away from one of the most gorgeous reefs in the world. When we weren’t snorkeling, the pool was extremely refreshing.
As for the house itself, we thought it was perfect! Spacious, clean, and very well stocked. Being able to wake up to the view of the ocean each morning was one of my favorite elements.
And lastly, I will mention the service. Prior to the visit, Andrew gave us some critical advice that contributed to the pleasure of our experience. Regular communication from him as we got closer to departure was appreciated especially regarding airline requirements. Upon arrival at the house, we were greeted by Ronald who graciously helped us with luggage and knowledge of the home.
I can only give Villa Sandcastle the highest of recommendations and am confident that anyone who stays at Villa Sandcastle will be thrilled!

Super Nice!
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
Great villa with 2 master bedrooms and super nice views from both levels. Privacy was assured at the large pool and from the beach with the tropical plants and palm trees. Snorkel right off the quiet beach at your back door where you see very few people except other nearby villa guests or a few stray walkers or snorkelers. Just far enough away from the crowds near the resorts. Furnishings, and bedding were top notch and home was very clean. Would definitely want to stay at this villa again. Mango Reef, Magnolia and Shark Bite restaurants are great places when/if you don’t want to drive too far (or walk).
Shawna was great to work with! She is so nice to talk to and answered all my questions.

Perfect getaway
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
The villa was spotless and everything felt new and fresh. The kitchen was well supplied and the supermarket is 5 minutes away. The WiFi was spotty upstairs with four of us working and a call to the office brought someone with a booster that afternoon!! We loved waking up and hanging out with that exquisite view right in front of us. I would definitely return.
Very pleasant and easy. Andrew was very responsive and helpful.

Great Home For 2 Couples
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
Villa Sandcastle had great accommodations for two couples. The bedding, towels, indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, and kitchen accommodations were top-notch. The staff was punctual, helpful, and very friendly. The home had excellent proximity to the reef for snorkeling. However, access for leisurely swimming was not ideal due to large rocks, sea grass, and (in our case) inclimate weather and high winds. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and the entire island was very easy to maneuver. We wish there would have been more direct sunlight next to the pool for sunbathing and swimming, but the patio area was large and comfortable. We also enjoyed opening the huge sliding glass doors for a full view of the ocean and sky. Waking each morning with a beautiful view was a highlight as well.

Amazing Getaway
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
If you are looking for a truly relaxing experience, look no further. We had the pleasure of being the first guests to stay at this new property in Turtle Cove, Turks and Caicos. From the moment we arrived at the airport, to being greeted by Faye from WhereToStay, to the minute we arrived at the house, we knew we made the right decision. Shawna was amazing and found us this property last minute when our vacation to the DR was cancelled unexpectedly. This place has everything you need to enjoy a getaway. The house is equipped with everything from spatulas in the kitchen to beach towels and a BBQ. Your view every day is exactly as the picture shows, and then some. There’s just enough of a breeze to keep you comfortable in the hot Turks and Caicos sun, and its far away enough from the heavy resort areas to get the privacy you need. I would NOT hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
We can’t say enough about the great service from WhereToStay. Shawna helped us out in a last minute bind and chose the right property for us.

Nice spot off Smith's Reef
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
The Villa was a good size for our group of 4, plenty of space to relax. The 2 master suites were also a good size and had beautiful views off the patio. I thought we had sunset views from the villa, based on maps from website, however we did not. We were able to snorkel right out on the beach, which was really fantastic. It was a little rocky, but once you made it over the rocks, it was very nice snorkeling in your backyard. The pool was well equipped, and cleaned mid-week. Tox even brought us new beach chairs when we mentioned one was ripped. We did have a dryer issue at the end of the stay, which the staff was quick to address, even if it couldn’t be repaired prior to our departure. There are only a couple places that are walkable, and you would only want to walk during the day for safety reasons- I had thought maybe there were a few more. Lastly, given the cost of the Villa, there could be updates/freshening up of the kitchen/cabinets and just a general refresh. Overall, we had a good time, the staff was attentive and the Villa was a good size.
Some issues with charges and billing early on, but outside of that all was good.

Love Providenciales!
Villa Sandcastle, Turks and Caicos villa review
The villa is beautiful, very clean and in the best location possible. We like to explore but I think if you chose, you could easily spend a vacation week staying in the neighborhood.
Andrew from Where to Stay was great to work with and we appreciate his help! Working with him and WhereToStay was an excellent experience.
