Turtle Beach Villa fits the bill for a Caribbean getaway: private pool, beautiful beach, ocean views, and easy water sport and snorkeling access. The beach can be rocky at times, but a short swim will take you to one of the island’s most popular snorkeling destinations, Smith’s Reef. This villa has a bocce ball court, an observation tower, and is within walking distance to the marina. What more could you want in a Turks and Caicos vacation?
Fantastic snorkeling right outside your door!
Turtle Beach Villa is set in a unique location at the quiet, western tip of Grace Bay Beach. This Grace Bay vacation rental is minutes from fantastic snorkeling and offers 12 miles of beach for evening strolls and morning jogs.
Turtle Beach Villa is built almost at the waters edge on a white, sandy beach. It is located almost directly on Smiths Reef. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water because of the reef, but a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling is just ahead. After a morning in the sea, snooze in the hammock or read a book under the beachfront palapa. Back at the villa, guests can swim in the infinity edge pool, sunbathe in loungers, and dine al fresco. A bridge leads to the observation tower on the upper level, which has stunning views of the sea and sunset. There’s even a bocce ball court around the corner, framed by lush gardens. Guests can access the living room and kitchen from the pool deck through folding screen doors. A built-in bookshelf stands as the living room’s centerpiece and hides the entertainment system. Vibrant, whimsical trinkets and patterns accent the all-white decor in both the living room and kitchen. Stainless steel appliances surround the elegant dining table, and a seashell and pearl chandelier hangs overhead.
This level also holds the Seashell Room, which has air-conditioning, a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower, and access to the pool deck. All four of the remaining bedrooms are on the lower level, connected by the lounge area and the Trompe l’oeil Seascape. Each of these bedrooms enjoys air-conditioning, tropical garden views, an ensuite bathroom, and private access from the gated breezeway. The Star Fish, Coral, and Sea Turtle Room have king-sized beds and the Dolphin Room can be arranged as a king or two twin beds. There’s also a library and laundry room on this level.
Several restaurants and marina activities are within easy walking distance of Turtle Beach.

Turtle Beach Villa is wonderful!
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Turtle Beach Villa is a great place for a family vacation! The Turtle Cove area is close to restaurants, grocery stores, banks and pharmacies. The villa is perfect for family gatherings as there are places within the villa to get together and there are places to have your privacy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and newer air conditioner units. The villa was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. The pool was wonderful and the beach was even better! Snorkeling right off of the beach was awesome! Sunsets were beautiful!
Highly recommend!
Booking this villa was made easy as WhereToStay and Shawna were very helpful and proactive in addressing our needs and making sure we were aware of various activities and places to eat. They were attentive to detail which was appreciated!

Paradise vacation
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
My extended family and I stayed at Turtle Beach Villa for one week in January 2022. The Villa was the perfect size for us and just as described. This villa is walking distance to Smith’s Reef, a great snorkeling spot and located right on the ocean. You’ll have your own slice of paradise with a minimally crowded beach. I was so thankful for Andrew and the WhereToStay concierge answering our questions and providing recommendations prior to our trip. The property manager Pamela was so kind and easily available if we had any questions. The only thing I would want to know in advance is how expensive food/groceries are on the island. Would consider packing more non-perishables for next time. Highly recommend, without reservation!

Beyond Our Expectations!
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Turtle Beach Villa was perfect! It’s everything the pictures say and more! Andrew answered every one of my questions before arrival, and our concierge, Pamela, was available our entire stay to help guide us… whenever or whatever we needed. The house is terrific. The deck/pool is the BEST, and being right on the beach is amazing. The beach is a little rocky though, so bring water shoes. The trade off to having amazing snorkeling right out front is worth it! The kitchen is awesome for big group meals and amazingly equipped. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Turtle Beach Villa was outstanding! My family loved our accommodations. The bedrooms were fine, and the service personnel that came during the week to clean and change the linen were polite and friendly. We loved the pool and the beach. We had a great vacation!
Andrew came through with all he promised. He kept in touch before the trip to advise us on our needs. We would use him again for a vacation.

Didn't Want To Leave
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
An outstanding place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our kids and grandkids.
The layout of Turtle Beach, five bedrooms with individual baths and separate entrances, was ideal for our family ( three groups - 6 adults/3 teenagers total). The villa is furnished very nicely, decorated in island/sea life themes. Very comfortable place to relax and enjoy the awesome views and beautiful water.
Turtle Creek Villa is in an ideal location, very close to the beach and somewhat secluded from all the “hustle and bustle”. This villa is convenient to restaurants, water sports and shops by car or walking.
The snorkeling was great, however the rocks at the water’s edge can be troublesome for some. Smith’s reef is easily accessible from this location. We only had a couple of issues during our stay and Shawna (WhereToStay), Theresa (Management Company) were quick to respond and resolve them to our satisfaction.
Working with Shawna and Andrew was a pleasing experience and we will not hesitate to use their services again in the future. The information, directions, and details they provide in advance of the trip give you a sense of comfort in knowing what to expect when you arrive. In addition, they conduct business in a very professional, yet friendly manner.

Awesome
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Just the right size and we really enjoyed the layout. Having the separate entrances to rooms gives a feeling of privacy versus ten people living on top of each other. The location is PRIME! Around the corner from the crowd is part of Grace bay, we walked right out to Smith’s reef - the BEST snorkeling to be had as told to us by a regular. Close to the grocery stores but away from the crowds, we felt like we won the lottery! We were two families of 5 with kids aged 5-12 and had a marvelous time in the pool and ocean. Hard to beat an infinity pool with a view of the aqua water! Good times had by all, would absolutely repeat rent. Manager was but a phone call away and answered any and all questions (like where to find the local little red truck that sells the daily catch to restaurants and tourists alike!)
thumbs up, 5 stars.
Fantastic coordinating with Andrew - always prompt and thorough.

Perfect House
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
This house was the perfect accommodation and location for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. The house is beautifully decorated in the Turks/beach theme, with the main floor wide open to the outside and a nice infinity pool overlooking the beach and water. The management of the property was very accommodating and responsive, although our needs were few. The house couldn’t be closer to the beach, which had plenty of lounge chairs. The snorkeling right there was pretty good. The proximity to Turtle Cove restaurants and the IGA grocery was nice. Will certainly consider this property again when we return to Turks.
Shawna provided excellent, attentive service and communication, willing to help in any way possible. No complaints.

This was a once in a lifetime experience that we'll do again!
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Thirteen members from multiple families gathered over two weeks in late June and early July, 2009 to celebrate a college graduation of my son and the engagement of another family member. Some people stayed the entire time; others had a partial stay. Everyone loved the time they could be at the villa and on the island!
The villa was homey, comfortable and utilitarian. It was exactly as described and met every one of our expectations. We were able to use our son’s PC for internet, and had our own CDs for ongoing music of every kind.
Access to the beach and snorkeling was as described and wonderful. The sunsets were breathtaking, but I preferred the serene mornings with coffee looking out onto the sea.
The least appealing part of the place was that it gets direct sunlight from 2:30 until sunset, and the afternoon sun was very hot.
We loved being able to walk to Turtle Cove (Tiki Hut, Sharkbite and one night rode up to Magnolia’s for dinner; what a spectacular view of the cove and sunset).
Driving on the left side of the road took some adjustment and our mantra was “hug the left” but we experienced “no problem, mon”. Be sure to take the full day sail with Sail Provo, and spend time at Pine Cay. It was the most beautiful experience of my life (next to the birth of our kids!).
Shannon in the office and Ryan and Patrick (Natu) on the catamaran were extraordinarily hospitable!
The Graceway IGA (Leeward Hwy) is as nice a grocery store as you’ll find in the states, but expect to pay for it. Ice was $2.50 a bag and a case of beer approached $40. We ended up going the Graceway Gourmet IGA (near the resorts) and could get a six pack of Bud Light for $6.99. We bought a lot of six packs! On the other hand we could get Balvenie - a great single malt scotch at the Wine cellar for $36.
A tip ‘o the hat to wheretostay.com for their thoroughness and follow through. Andrew Macafee is the man! Come on, book your trip!

Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
We had a wonderful time at Turtle Beach Villa. The house was more than we could have expected. Everything about it was just as described.
I think at one time or another we had to use all of its amenities. Except for the air conditioner, I guess. With the constant breeze we never had to. It was a really nice place to visit.
The beaches were incredible and the weather perfect. I would be interested to know where else you have rental properties. Everyone is ready for the next trip. Thanks for a great time!

Enjoyable
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Our Villa stay was enjoyable. The comfortable arrangements were perfect for the 5 couples for a weeklong stay.
Some issues came up but Pamela had maintenance out within hours to take care of them.
The pool overlooking the beach was a plus and snorkeling outside our back door a bonus.
The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for 10 around the table for dining in.
The Villa was close to the IGA which made it nice to quickly restock the large fridge.
It was also comforting to know that security was on duty during the night. We saw them often patrolling our area which was nice.
The Villa was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend for any large groups traveling together.
Andrew always got back with me in a timely manner.

Overall, it was a delightful experience.
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
I recently spent a week at Turtle Beach Villa with family and friends.
The villa was conveniently located in Turtle Cove where our group frequented Tiki Hut or Sharkbite for lunch. Ocean views and beach access were at our doorstep. I also enjoyed the sunset every night behind the far side of the bay. Late night we’d lay poolside in darkness. A light breeze was constant, and we would admire the stars and milky way.
Dining and golf in Grace Bay area was a short ten-minute drive away. Also, the IGA supermarket was a five-minute drive.
Another fantastic beach is located on the opposite side of island (south side). It’s called Taylor Beach, and is hard to find an access road to. However, we asked a local for directions and got there fine. My wife and I spent three days there where it’s possible to walk 200+ yards out into only waist deep water.
The weather was perfect. Our direct flight from NYC on American arrived one hour early. It was hassle-free on the return as well. I highly recommend it!

I was very pleased with this villa and the location.
Turtle Beach Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Good snorkeling was available. Also, it was close to restaurants, the supermarket and casinos.
In addition, the rooms were very nice. There were no surprises here at all. Andrew was very helpful!
I have stayed on the south side of Provo before and enjoyed it, but this was less isolated and better for diving.
