A great beachfront family getaway!
Reef Beach House has easy access to the gem of the Caribbean: Grace Bay Beach. This vacation rental is located on the western tip of Grace Bay near Turtle Cove Marina, which means that water sports, activities, and serenity are at guests’ fingertips.
Al fresco dining is a necessity in the Caribbean, but Reef Beach House takes it to the next level. A massive umbrella shades the wooden dining table, and a gorgeous ocean view runs along the top of the garden. There’s another dining are hidden amongst the gardens on the side of the house, which is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast as the island breeze blows through the trees. Near the path to the beach, there’s a third dining nook where guests can play cards, read a book, or enjoy a glass of lemonade with the sun shining overhead. The oblong pool is perfect for swimming laps or floating on the water, and is surrounded by a wooden deck with loungers and big umbrellas. Parents can relax in the hammock under a palm tree with a clear view of kids splashing in the pool. Walk down a short staircase to Grace Bay Beach and splash in the sea or build sandcastles on the powder-soft white sand.
Reef Beach House is split up into two separate structures for added privacy, views, and space. The two structures are set 10 feet apart and connected by a raised deck and walkway. In the Main House, the living room is decorated with traditionally Caribbean style, and has a TV hidden in the armoire. A breakfast bar connects the living room and kitchen, and the dining table sits adjacent. The kitchen is modest and open, with everything guests would need for any meal. Plus, a sound system runs throughout the Main House and the pool deck. The Main House houses the king suite and a queen suite. Both of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and a TV, and the king suite has a small sitting area with a couch and chair. The Guest Villa houses two other bedrooms, one shared bathroom, and a small kitchenette with a fridge and an oven.
Reef Beach House sits within easy walking distance to several restaurants and Turtle Cove Marina. Guests can easily access deep sea fishing, reef fishing, bone fishing, sail and power boat charters, SCUBA and snorkeling trips, glass bottom boat trips, submarine, and para-sailing.

Beautiful well appointed vacation home
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
This is a beautiful well appointed vacation home. My family of 5 adults stayed here for our vacation. There was plenty of room. The place was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, and refreshing. Snorkeling right out from of the place was fantastic. Communication with the host was fantastic.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic working with WhereToStay and Andrew. Thank you for your quick responses and help organizing our vacation.

Christmas at Reef Beach House
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
Had a wonderful family vacation at Reef Beach House. Villa is very large and has pretty much anything you may need. Close to everything.
Andrew is wonderful to work with. This was our second trip booked through him and WhereToStay.com.

Looking forward to another stay
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
We’ve been to Provo before and did some research for this vacation to find the right location. This was it!
The villa is close enough to walk to Smith’s Reef, which was important to us, but away from others who might be using the nearby public parking. It was also an easy drive to the restaurants and activities near the resorts without the hundreds of beach chairs.
The bedrooms are spacious and the outdoor spaces, including the pool, are fantastic. We especially like that the plants between the beach allow for some privacy, but don’t block the ocean breezes.
My only watchout would be the kitchen. It’s a reasonable size and has updated appliances, but the refrigerator sticks out from the wall and past the countertop in an awkward way. It’s not a reason not to rent, but made cooking a bit uncomfortable.
We should also mention the staff was great. Andrew and Berg had great communication beforehand, during, and after the stay. And the onsite handyman kept the grounds in beautiful shape every single day.
Working with WhereToStay.com was great. Andrew and Berg had great communication beforehand, during, and after the stay. And the onsite handyman kept the grounds in beautiful shape every single day. Also, thanks to Berg for touring us through another property we might consider for another stay.

We loved it!!
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
Great location. Beachfront with swimming and snorkeling in front of home. Perfect for our family of 8 - children ages 14- 20. Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone - bring bug repellent. Walked down the beach to snorkel the reef - saw a stingray, a sea turtle eating grass, and a barracuda. Short drive to most activities.

Gracious home smack on the beach
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
We could not ask for a more covenient yet totally private 4 bedroom layout. Pleasantly furnished, all kitchen and bath facilities one expects…very comfortable with screened louvers to adjust the air flow…never needed AC, soothed by waves lapping the beach about 100 feet from your pillow. Nicely sheltered pool with some shade, and several nice eating areas indoors and out enabling choices of sun, shade, and a lee from the breeze. Walk 100 yards to nice Italian restaurant or a bit farther to Mango Reef. Plus good snorkeling Reef directly outside the gate beginning only 50 yds from shore. As good as it gets!

Great beach house with the PERFECT location!
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
Reef Beach House was the perfect choice for our family’s Turks & Caicos vacation. The house was roomy and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the wraparound porches, the well-furnished patios, and the villa’s pool. The house was very quiet and private. The best part is the beach location, and being right by the reef was fabulous! We snorkeled there every day and saw some really cool things. A lot of the houses have very rocky areas along the coast and waterline, but the area in front of Reef Beach House is gorgeous and not rocky at all. It’s the perfect location! We loved being by Turtle Cove’s restaurants and marina. We explored all over the island and really felt like Reef Beach House was the perfect location for us. The house had everything we needed.
Andrew was great to work with, and all of his dining and activity suggestions were a huge bonus! We loved Turks and Caicos, and would happily choose Reef Beach House again.

Reef Beach House
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
This is the best villa in Turks and Caicos in our opinion. Reef Beach House is a classic beach cottage with two separate buildings and a wonderful location in a safe area. A few restaurants are within walking distance. There’s a great snorkeling reef right out front and around the bend. We have stayed here 4 times and would not think of staying anywhere else on the island.
We always work with Andrew. He makes everything seamless and easy, and he knows a great deal about the area. He is a valuable resource. It was our fifth or sixth time working with Andrew - he’s on our speed dial. If we are headed to the Caribbean, we always let Andrew handle the details.

Simply Amazing!
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
We have stayed at multiple villas in the world and in Turks and Caicos. Our experience this week was by far the BEST! The Reef Beach House is truly a spot in Paradise, and it even exceeded our expectations! The house itself, the location, the landscape… everything was perfect, and then some! The snorkeling right in front of the house is amazing, and there is easy access to water sports on Grace Bay! The grocery store is a quick 5-minute drive away. Our family trip with our 4 boys in their teens and twenties was a true dream come true, and we would highly recommend Reef Beach House to create unforgettable memories! We will be back soon for sure….
WhereToStay deserves nothing short of 5-stars. Thank you, Andrew!

Wonderful Experience!!!
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
Cannot say enough great things about this home. We loved the wrap around porch and views of the ocean. We loved lounging by the pool (which was even better than photos). We loved the true “beach house” feel and listening to the waves at night through the screened windows. We loved the snorkeling on Smiths Reefs steps from the house. We loved the proximity to Turtle Cove and its restaurants. We loved the endless amount of beach that led to even more resorts and restaurants. Location and house were beyond our expectations. We are a family of 7 with grown children from 19 - 26. Could not have been a better vacation. We highly recommend this house.
Working with wheretostay.com was VERY key for us. Best experience yet. We rent MANY homes for vacations. The service and attentiveness were so appreciated by us. Took advantage of recommendations for dining and activities. Very good detailed information. We also loved that when we were booking we could call Andrew and talk to him in person. Cannot say enough good things about Andrew and Where to Stay.

We had such a wonderful week on Grace Bay Beach!
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
Five of us stayed a week at this perfectly located home on Grace Bay. The view from the deck was a magnificent vision of a perfect white beach, incredibly blue ocean, and a clear blue sky.
Our home had four bedrooms and three baths, which worked fine for the five of us. The kitchen was compact, but equipped with everything we needed. There were wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance or a short drive.
The home also had a very nice pool - if we didn’t want to walk out the gate to the beach.
I very much enjoyed the week at Reef Beach House, and hope to go back.

The Reef Beach House was a perfect beachfront location. Snorkeling was amazing.
We are already planning our next vacation here. However, if you are looking for luxury and a high-end accommodation, this is not the house for you.

Great Vacation
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
My entire family enjoyed our vacation at Reef Beach House. The house was beautiful and the view could not have been better. The seclusion created by the border of trees was fantastic. Most days, we were the only ones on the beach. The house was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Pamela was very easy to reach and took care of all our small problems (our blender was broken and she replaced it the same day we reported it).
I would definitely recommend Reef Beach House to anyone looking for a tranquil, beautiful vacation. Oh and by the way, with a little encouragement, the three fabulous cats from next door will happily visit you. They were very friendly, clean, and bug free. They put our vacation over the top.
Thanks for all the help, Pamela and Andrew. Working with WhereToStay was fantastic, easy, and reliable.

Beautiful Spot.
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
The house (and guesthouse) are quaint and comfortable. However, the beach is the best part. Steps away from the house and you can wade or snorkel to your heart’s desire. Afterwards a quick rinse and there is a spacious pool with comfortable chaise lounges. The villas are surrounded by lush, well-kept local vegetation while potted plants adorn the lanai and pool area. All in all, a very nice place to stay.
Andrew was the best. I thank him again for all his help at WhereToStay.com

We had a relaxing and enjoyable tropical vacation at the Reef House.
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
Our family, a party of seven, recently spent a wonderful week at Reef Beach House in Turks and Caicos. The house was perfect for us since it consisted of two separate buildings, connected by a bridge. The older ones stayed in the main house and the young adults (two couples), stayed in the house at the back. We found all the rooms spacious, well-ventilated and comfortable, and felt very much at home while we were there.
The house was close to many restaurants, so there was plenty of choice for dining out. Though, some days we were happy to eat in. Reef House had everything to make this possible: a good size grill, an adequate kitchen and lots of pots and pans and dishes. There were two dining areas on the verandah, as well as the one indoors.
The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, but this was not a problem. There were lots of towels, and if by chance you run out, there were two washers and dryers provided for guests.
The best thing about the beach house was its location. There was wonderful snorkeling at your doorstep, and the beach went for miles, making it perfect for long walks in the daytime. The kids very often walked for a bit, stopped and had a drink at a beach restaurant, then either walked on or turned back. The pool was a good size and it was always clean and refreshing for swimming.
Any problem we had was dealt with immediately and efficiently. We were sad to leave but we left in good spirits, relaxed and rejuvenated, with the hope we’d be able to have another week at Reef sometime in the future.

We had a wonderful time.
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
The house is dated, the kitchen was tiny, and the one-bedroom in the main house had no TV.
However, the pool was great, the ocean was gorgeous, and snorkeling was right in our backyard! The outdoor amenities were so good that any faults we had with the house disappeared.
There were also the dogs! Two beautiful “potcakes” kind of adopted us, and by the end of the week we bought dog food, bones, fleas meds, etc. They were sleeping on our porch at night and were so loveable and loyal. My husband and I walked every day, and we were usually joined by one or both. I dreaded leaving them. I hope anyone who stays here will love them, too.
Here you are within walking distance to several restaurants. Our favorites were Tiki Hut and Bacci. For our “night out” we went to Magnolia. It was just a two-minute drive, and it was wonderful. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset and great meal.
You will love Reef Beach House.

We had a wonderful experience here.
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
We loved our time at the Reef Beach House. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to a number of restaurants, and the snorkeling is literally steps away from the house.
Also, I can’t say better things about WhereToStay.com. Our rental consultant sent us a list of restaurants with personal notes about the food, detailed instructions about how to get to the house and what we would find there. They even called the day prior to our departure to let us know about a possible delay at the airport.

Beautiful location
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
The grounds were amazing. Jeanot was there daily keeping the grounds neat and clean and raked our beach so it was always free of seaweed. Beautiful. The location was convenient for us and the view was spectacular.
We called about our dishwasher because it didn’t work. It wouldn’t latch. We called Berg and he was sending someone to look at it. They didn’t show. When they did finally, they fixed the latch but then it wouldn’t run. He was going to have them come back, but at that point, we were more than halfway through our week and were washing dishes anyway so just continued to do so.
Most of the light bulbs in the kitchen were out. We let Berg know.
The internet was intermittent, which for us was a problem since we were on a business trip for half of the week.
Our maid service didn’t show on Wednesday as expected. We let Berg know but since we were kind of frustrated at that point, we just told him not to have them come. We are pretty neat people anyway so it was more of an annoyance than anything.
I hope his helps.
WhereToStay.com was great and so helpful.

The beach and the pool are the lure here!
Reef Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
We were a party of four. The master bedroom was great, and the other bedroom was okay.
The downside was that there was no TV. Also, the kitchen was so tiny, it was hard to even open the refrigerator!
However, the beach and pool were wonderful, and privacy was good.
Two dogs “stayed’ with us while we were here, and we became really attached to them. We hope whomever stays at Reef Beach House after us will love the dogs and feed them. They were so loyal!
