Casa Grande is a beachfront estate with miles and miles of sugary white sand on Grace Bay. This villa emphasizes its tropical location with tons of outdoor space, beach toys, water sports equipment, and great views.
Outside, guests will find an expansive, multi-leveled deck with every possible amenity for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. Make a drink at the wet bar and relax in the infinity-edged saltwater pool or enjoy a freshly grilled meal in the dining balcony. To get away and explore, take Casa Grande’s six bikes, two tandem kayaks, or two paddle boards out for a spin. A ping-pong table, numerous board games, cards, and books are also available for easy entertainment. A relaxing hammock, perfect for afternoon naps, sits right next to the beach and is gently rocked by constant trade winds. Grace Bay is steps away, and the villa has folding chairs, toys, and boogie boards for beach days. There’s also a lush garden courtyard to walk through for those who want to meditate, read, or stroll.
The living room has tons of space and seating as well as an entertainment system, Blu-ray player, and DVD library. There’s an Xbox 360 with games and a sound system throughout the main area and the deck. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Sub Zero fridge, wine cooler, Margaritaville Daiquiri machine, and huge granite countertops. Guests can dine at the breakfast bar or at the 8-seater dining table. Each of the villa’s five bedrooms have air-conditioning, a flatscreen cable TV, and a bathroom. The master bedroom on the upper level is extremely spacious and has a king bed. The master bath has an outdoor shower and dual vanity. On the lower level, there are four more bedrooms. One has a king bed, terrace access, a dual vanity, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king bed, an outdoor shower, and a tub. The third and fourth bedrooms each have king beds and share a commode, but have their own vanities. The laundry room sits behind these suites.
Casa Grande sits within easy walking distance to two snorkeling spots, the Turtle Cove Marina, restaurants, and a dive shop. The home is gated and has a nightly security guard.
