Beach Enclave is a luxurious, family-friendly resort located on the most gorgeous portion of Grace Bay Beach. Each villa enjoys one acre of land with manicured gardens, beach access, and modern design.
An infinity-edge lap pool rests at the edge of the villa’s sundeck, and a dining veranda sits a few steps above the deck. Loungers and umbrellas lie around the pool, and the veranda has an al fresco dining set, a barbecue grill, and cushioned sofas. Large, stone steps lead down to an elegant fire pit where guests can enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Guests can also walk down to the beach in minutes, and the villa provides chairs and umbrellas to set up on the sand.
The 5 bedroom Ocean View Villa enjoys an open, airy design with soaring glass doors and windows, a neutral color scheme, and modern furnishings. The villa’s spacious Great Room incorporates an open-layout kitchen, a living area, and indoor dining. In the living room, there’s a flatscreen TV and a plush sofa. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with an impressive center island, stainless steel appliances, and a range hood. There is also a media room with billiards and darts.
Beach Enclave’s upper level master suite features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private terrace with gorgeous ocean views. In the ensuite bathroom, there is a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and an outdoor shower. The main level’s master suite also features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private terrace with ocean views. This suite also has exterior access, while the ensuite bathroom has a shower and a tub. There are two more suites on the upper level, each with an ensuite bathroom and a flatscreen TV. One suite has a king bed, and the other has two twin beds that can be made up as a king. The fifth suite rests in a separate cottage and offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and air-conditioning.
