Located in the upscale and exclusive community of Silly Creek Estates and Marina, this fabulous 4,000 sq. ft. property delivers on vibrant, tropical surroundings and minimalist, soothing interiors. If you would rather adventure than relax, there’s several grottoes and coves nearby to explore—all within walking distance or a short drive.
Private oceanfront property!
Sublime Villa is a fully air-conditioned, 4000 sq. ft. property with fabulous ocean views. Since this vacation villa is perched on the highest point in Silly Creek, guests have a bird’s eye view of the sea, the south shore, and the inland bays.
The house opens to a sunny terrace with a pool and loungers, bordered by a lush garden for privacy. BBQ aficionados can grill feasts to enjoy around the al fresco dining table A pathway leads from the house down to a grotto by the sea, where guests can wade around or swim into the turquoise water. Inside the villa, stay entertained watching shows or movies on the TV, or sink into one of the couches with a good book. Enjoy meals in the cheery dining room and kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances and large countertops to make cooking as easy as possible.
All three of Sublime’s bedrooms have access to the pool deck or a private balcony, which means every guest can wake up to an ocean view. The Master Suite has hardwood floors, a four-poster King Bed, two large walk-in closets, a TV, and French doors that open to the pool deck. The Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower stall, two sink vanities, separate WC, and a Jacuzzi tub with a large picture window overlooking Silly Creek. On the opposite side of the house are two guest suites with ensuite bathrooms and queen-sized beds. One suite faces the sea and has a balcony, while the other faces Silly Creek and has exterior access. The den is a great place to study and read, but also has two convertible twin sofa beds.
Chalk Sound, Taylor Bay, and Sapodilla Bay are all near Sublime, so guests can explore the island’s beaches and attractions with ease.

This was a great house at which to stay. It was a quiet location and clean. Be prepared to pay for the air conditioning, though. This was an extra cost.
It was close to the restaurant at Neptune Villa, which was a great restaurant at which to eat.

Exceeded expectations
Sublime Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
My family and I stayed at the Villa for our spring break in late March. The home was beautiful, as expected, and it was incredibly relaxing. The house and property are very large and it really did feel like a home away from home. The night sky was incredible and it was great to sit out on the ledge by the grotto and count the stars and view the constellations with my kids. The chalk sound area of the island is very quiet but close enough to the busier sections of the island - 15-20 minutes to the IGA. The ocean kayaks were great for navigating Silly Creek, and there is a small, but wonderful reef within snorkeling distance on the Caribbean side. Taylor Bay is literally around the corner and it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful waters and beach of T&C (look up the you-tube video - google Taylor Bay) and especially great for younger children.

Sublime is sublime!
Sublime Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
We have stayed in this villa before, and have booked again for this year. Away from the hub bub of Grace Bay, we found peace and tranquility here. We never saw a soul - apart from the maid.
The villa was spatious and bright, with beautiful views from the master suite (including the bathroom).
The downside? The holiday was just too short.

Sublime Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
I stayed at the villa with some friends just before the high season. It was a once in a lifetime experience.
My favorite aspect was the water grotto. The water was pristine, and perfect for snorkeling or diving. The area was called Turtle Rock, and when we looked out over the water at dusk it really took our breath away.
We were far enough from ‘civilization’ that we didn’t hear the noise of resorts and things, but I do recommend renting a car. Villa Sublime was very exotic and well kept, and the contact staff was very professional and helpful. They really wanted guests to have a great vacation!
We are definitely going again, and we recommend it to all!
