Lilikoi hits all the right spots for a dreamy Caribbean vacation: it’s got gorgeous sunset views, a beachfront location, and super modern amenities and design. The exterior is stunning, with an infinity pool and tons of al fresco dining and lounge areas, and there’s a short wooden walkway leading down to Sapodilla Bay. Sapodilla Bay is quieter than Grace Bay, so it’s a great location for travelers who want a tranquil beach experience.
Gorgeous beachfront villa on Sapodilla Bay!
Lilikoi is a beachfront villa with enviable sunset views over Sapodilla Bay. This six-bedroom rental was designed by the award-winning architect John Redmond.
This private, fully gated estate is ensconced in lush, beautiful gardens. An infinity edge pool rests at the edge of an expansive stone deck furnished with an al fresco dining table, loungers, and cushioned sofas with ottomans. A wooden path winds down to the beach, and the villa provides kayaks for guests’ enjoyment. Lilikoi also has an outdoor kitchen with a stainless steel sink, barbecue grill, and mini fridge.
Sliding glass doors open from the veranda to the living room, which is furnished with several plush couches. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, wraparound countertops, and a breakfast bar. There is also a formal dining room with seating for ten guests and exterior access to the veranda. The media room rests on the lower level, as well. On the upper level, there are three king suites and one suite with two twin beds. On the lower level, there is one king suite and one suite with two twin beds. Lilikoi is equipped with ample storage and full air-conditioning.
Sapodilla Bay offers a peaceful stretch of white sand, gorgeous turquoise waters, and brilliant sunsets. Taylor Bay and Chalk Sound are minutes away, and several restaurants are within a 10-15 minute drive. Las Brisas, a restaurant and water sports rental shop, is also within five minutes of the villa

Lilikoi, Turks and Caicos villa review
We were very pleased with the entire rental experience. The home is in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. The midweek cleaning was greatly appreciated by all of us. The location on Sapodilla Bay is without comparison.

The perfect villa especially for a family with kids
Lilikoi, Turks and Caicos villa review
Firstly wheretostay is the best company we have ever worked with. We have used st least ten villa consultants and they are by far the most caring, resourceful and ethical. This villa is exceptional because it’s away from the busier side of the beach and offers shade outside all day and sun. The pool is the best we have had because it had a shelf for little kids but is ling enough to do lengths. The views everywhere here inside and out are incredible as are the sunset. If you want more info we aee haply for where to stay to give out our email to you. The beach of course snd ocean is a ten put of ten. The service and property manager and upkeep is exceptional. We cant think of one thing wrong here. Have your coffee on the second floor balcony in the am and after you leave the beach come up to the second floor and take in the view again. When you walk the beach go in the water along the rocks at the end as its really pretty. And when you walk left and in the pier check out the sting rays and turtles.
As I said Andrew and Lori and his company is rhe only company I would ever work with again.
