Shutter is a fully air-conditioned waterfront property in Turtle Tail. Offering high views over the turquoise waters, it provides guests with solitude without compromising convenience.
Shutters Villa provides excellent views of Flamingo Lake and is within a few minutes’ drive from the beach. The pool features a swim-up bar and is next to the covered outdoor dining area and outdoor kitchen. Guests can use the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards to go out on the water, then return to demonstrate their culinary abilities on the outdoor grill.
The neutral décor and wood accents provide a really comfortable and relaxing environment. The spacious living and dining areas flow together naturally. Picture windows and french doors provide access to the pool and a view of the water. Guests are kept entertained by the flat-screen TV and surround sound system. The kitchen has stainless steel equipment, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and an additional dining table. The two master bedrooms have a king-sized bed with views of the pool and Flamingo Lake. They both have ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and a TV.
Grace Bay is just 10 minutes away, while the grocery store and eateries are about 3 minutes away.
