Crescent Beach Villa floats above Crescent Beach and accommodates up to six guests. Its infinity pool, ocean views, and total privacy are designed to maximize relaxation.
The infinity-edge pool overlooks the sea and is surrounded on three sides by a wooden patio. An open-air gazebo sits to the side and lounging chairs face the pool. A manicured garden surrounds the property with colorful, tropical flowers and an array of fruit trees. The garden adds privacy and frames the ocean view. There’s also a second gazebo with a BBQ grill that’s ideal for sunset cocktails. The vast pool deck incorporates two shaded dining tables and several living areas. Crescent Beach can be accessed via a sloped path, which has stairs in some sections and lights for evening strolls.
Crescent Beach Villa is all on one level with Colonial furnishings, highly polished wood floors, and modern decor. A SONOS sound system, WiFi, and air-conditioning run throughout the interior. The living room has a flatscreen TV with streaming services, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a double sink, and dining space. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. All three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, wardrobes, and French doors leading to the pool deck. One suite has a king bed, one has a queen bed, and one has two twin beds. The king suite also has an outdoor shower.
This property enjoys full concierge service and daily housekeeping. The housekeeper and house manager reside nearby and are on call.
