Plum Bay is a six-bedroom villa with an exclusive location in Terres Basses, a gated community in St. Martin’s French region. This villa is well equipped for families of all shapes and sizes, and enjoys a blend of privacy and convenience.
From the terrace, guests can enjoy stunning, scenic views rich with tropical hues and deep blue skies. Plum Bay’s spacious exterior offers several spots to relax, dine, and sunbathe. The infinity-edge pool stretches between two terraces towards the ocean view, and the terraces provide sun and shade to loungers and sitting areas. The al fresco dining area also has a pass-through window connected to the kitchen. At dusk, take dinner out to the veranda and watch the sunset streak across the horizon.
The villa’s Great Room is designed for comfort, with plush sofas, a sound system, and a flatscreen Smart TV. An indoor dining table rests right behind the couch, and seats six guests. The modern kitchen offers wraparound countertops, stainless steel appliances, and exterior access to the dining veranda. Large windows in both rooms frame the view. Downstairs, there’s a game room with a karaoke machine, a large flatscreen TV, and a ping pong table. Housekeeping maintains the villa daily.
Plum Bay has six bedrooms spread across two villas, four in the main house and two in the second house. On the main level of the main house, there are two king suites with exterior access only, ensuite bathrooms, and flatscreen TVs. On the lower level, there is a queen suite and a twin suite. Both suites have exterior access only and ensuite bathrooms. The twin suite has a flatscreen TV, as well. In the second villa, there are two queen suites with ensuite bathrooms and exterior access only.
Plum Bay is only a few minutes from Baie Rouge, which offers amazing snorkeling, views, and beach bars. Plum Bay, the villa’s namesake, is also nearby and offers a secluded stretch of sand and sea.
