Lotus Villa enjoys a hilltop location in Terres Basses, an exclusive neighborhood with stunning views and beach proximity. Lotus is an Indonesian-style villa overlooking Long Bay.
The expansive sundeck stretches across the width of the villa and offers several spaces to sunbathe and relax. Guests can stretch out on loungers, swim in the pool, or snooze beneath the canopied daybed. There are a few outdoor living spaces on the deck, in the sun and shade. Cushioned sofas rest beneath a gazebo, and a larger living space lies beneath the expansive veranda. The formal dining room is also open-air, with a ceiling fan and ample shade.
Open-concept living doesn’t stop at the exterior - Lotus Villa’s interior is just as airy and spacious. The living room’s travertine tiles and vaulted ceilings give way to a large sunroom and sliding glass doors, which open to the pool deck. The kitchen is well-equipped for any feast and features a generously sized pass-through window and breakfast bar to allow for indoor-outdoor entertaining. Each of Lotus Villa’s three bedrooms has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and exterior access.
Lotus Villa is near Baie Longue beach, the Simpson Bay Lagoon, and Cupecoy Beach. This St. Martin vacation villa also comes staffed with daily housekeeping, a gardener, a poolman, and a caretaker.
