Les Palmiers sits on Baie Rouge Beach with a view of the sea and Anguilla. It’s been featured on the cover of Condé Nast Traveler Magazine, and is known as the premiere honeymoon spot on the island.
The villa’s outdoor terrace is steps away from the beach, which has loungers, an umbrella, and a large fire pit on the sand. Guests can soak in the heated pool or sunbathe in the loungers that border the pool. The portico shades a couch and dining table that face the sea, and there’s another dining table under the palm trees on the side of the pool. The French Creole style villa has an open concept design that incorporates the sleeping, dining, and living area into one well-designed space. A dining table sits opposite the king-sized bed, and a lounge with two couches and a TV sits in between. The kitchen is just off the main space, with ample countertop space and stainless steel appliances. Les Palmiers’ bathroom has a massive, walk-in shower and a spa-like ambience.
Les Palmiers is secluded, yet close to activities. It’s a short drive to Baie Nettle’s fine dining, and a 10 minute drive to Marigot, the French capital.

Les Palmiers Villa, St. Martin villa review
We had the most amazing vacation at Les Palmiers! Cecily and Sylvester went above and beyond to make the house and grounds of the villa beautiful! We loved driving around the island, and seeing all of the beautiful beaches. They are all spectacular! The whole island is outstanding with so much to see! The Villa was delightful! Beautiful ocean view, wonderful pool , and total seclusion. We loved the private entrance. The food at each restaurant was delicious! We loved the beach bar by the airport. The trip was perfect and we will be going back, however it will be much longer. We stayed 8 nights and it was not long enough!! Perfect vacation!! Perfect house! Oh and the grocery stores are awesome! Every aspect exceeded our expectations !
Jean Totally listened and put together the perfect trip! We will be booking a similar trip with her soon, we would like to go back in November . All of her recommendations were great!
