Le Mas Caraibes offers stunning ocean views from its hillside perch in Terres Basses. This two-bedroom villa enjoys both sunrise and sunset views overlooking Simpson Bay Lagoon.
The elegant, arched entryway is bordered by lush greenery and rich blue skies. The expansive covered porch borders Le Mas Caraibes’s generous lap pool, sundeck, and manicured garden. The covered porch shades the outdoor dining set and several sitting areas, while the sundeck hosts chaise lounges and another dining set. Each of these relaxing spaces also enjoys an ocean view.
Teak and cane furniture outfit the interior, which is decorated with a wide array of global artwork and accessories. The lounge offers ample space to relax and faces the ocean view. There’s a formal dining room, a step up from the living room, that opens through screened glass doors to the outdoor dining area. A series of archways stands between the living and dining rooms, which adds elegance to both spaces. Next to the dining room, guests can enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen that features gray granite worktops and Bosch and Miele appliances.
Each of Le Mas Caraibes’s bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, interior access, and an opening to the terrace. The master suite has a king, four-poster bed and its own terrace with an ocean view and the second bedroom opens up to the pool terrace.
Le Mas Caraibes Villa is conveniently located near Terres Basses’s beautiful beaches, the Porto Cupecoy harbor, and fine dining and nightlife in Cupecoy and Maho. A housekeeper maintains the villa six days a week.
