La Vue Folle Villa is a Mediterranean style home located in Terres Basses overlooking Simpson Bay. This gated three bedroom residence features unforgettable views, luxurious interiors, and two swimming pools.
The name of this property, which means “A Crazy Sight,” is quite fitting. The moment you step inside, you’ll be surrounded by breathtaking views of Simpson Bay and the island’s lush green hills. You won’t be able to take your eyes off of this paradise. When you step out onto the terrace, you will be taken aback by the staggering vista. You can take a dip in one of the two pools that overlook the bay, or just relax in the shade and admire the sweeping scenery. That’s right, I said two pools. The first pool is a heated oval infinity pool, while the other is large rectangular pool.
La Vue Folle is not only a place to stay, but also a place to relax and unwind. As you enter the living area you will be taken back by the high ceilings with wood accents. The light color palette, open floor plan, and large glass doors seamlessly merge the indoors with the outdoors. The plush white sofas, TV, and music system provide the perfect place to sit back and gaze out at Simpson Bay, or kick back and watch a movie. The dining table for 8 sits adjacent to the living room. La Vue Folle has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can prepare your own culinary masterpiece, and enjoy them at the indoor dining table or one of the alfresco dining areas.

The second bedroom offers additional sleeping for children in a connecting room outfitted with a double bunk bed. This bedroom offers has an indoor shower, while the third bedroom has exterior access only, with both indoor and outdoor showers. This bedroom offers additional sleeping for children in a connecting room/mezzanine. The three main bedrooms offer terrace access with amazing views.
