Z’Abricot enjoys a hilltop location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. This six-bedroom villa offers an impressive home gym, a spacious exterior, and modern design.
The villa’s elegant exterior features an L-shaped lap pool, sunbathed loungers, and two shaded dining areas. Guests can cook out on the barbecue grill, play a round of bocce ball, or sip cocktails at the kitchen’s pass-through bar. The home gym is large enough for a full group workout, with several resistance machines, a variety of cardio equipment, and a weight-lifting station.
A grand piano and a mosaic rendition of Mona Lisa grace the entryway, sliding glass doors open directly to the sundeck. A short set of stairs leads down to the living room, where guests can sink into the elongated sofa and watch movies on the flatscreen TV. The kitchen is just around the corner and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, bartop dining, expansive countertops, an espresso machine, and a pass-through window to the outdoor bar. Z’Abricot’s bedrooms are evenly spread across the main and upper levels. The master suite is on the main level and has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and an outdoor shower. There is also a double suite and a king suite on this level that share a bathroom. On the upper level, there are two suites with double beds and a loft with two twin beds and one twin bunk. The double suites share a bathroom, while the loft has its own bathroom.
Z’Abricot is five minutes from Orient Bay’s beach and activities, and there are several restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive. A housekeeper, poolman, and gardener maintain the villa.
