The perfect location for your dream vacation is right here at Villa Sunrise. This modern home is designed for relaxation and is sure to surpass all your expectations. One great feature is the open concept of the layout bringing the outside in. The expansive terrace on one side has a table for four where you can enjoy breakfast with a view and on the other side spans the length of the home as well as a lap/infinity pool and hot tub. All 3 bedrooms have sliding doors that open up to allow you to step out of either bedroom right onto the terrace and enjoy both pool and ocean views. The large living room also has sliding doors that allow you to enjoy the lovely island breeze or to close for air-conditioned comfort. There is plenty of room to just lounge on the ample chairs and couches that are conveniently located under the terrace. If you want to get out and about, Orient Bay is just a short five minute drive away. So come and enjoy this little piece of paradise.

Brand new, ultra modern 3 bedroom villa situated in the heights of Orient Bay with a spectacular sunrise ocean view over Tintamarre and St. Barth.
The villa has a lovely infinity lap pool and terraces at the front and back, perfect for lounging and outside dining.
The villa is very well equipped and the air-conditioned interior spaces include 3 king size bedrooms with sea views and fabulous designer en-suite bathrooms. As well as a spacious open plan living area and gourmet kitchen. Surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping the villa is only a 5 minute drive to Orient Bay bars, restaurants and water sports.

Amazing & Perfect all in One!
Villa Sunrise, St. Martin villa review
The villa is pictured perfectly. The views spectacular! The living space incredible. We could not have picked a better home to rent. The location to Orient Bay Beach was super close. Putting restaurants just minutes away. We primarily stayed on the French side because we had everything we needed. Grocery stores and bakeries down the road. We enjoyed days at the house because it was just perfect to sit and read or play cards while enjoying an amazing view. The home had 2 TVS however we never even turned either of them on. Also a blue tooth sound system to use. It was very hard to leave because we enjoyed ourselves so much. I would say that this home with its dramatic infinity pool is not suitable for children. I would not hesitate a recommendation for this property. When looking at other homes and locations. This is definitely the perfect spot…..I hope to visit again one day.
Everything was great from start to finish. Class act.

Splendid Villa with unforgettable views

We spend a week on Villa Sunrise and from the moment we walked in we just fell in love with that magical place. It sits on top of the hill and has spectacular views over the bay area. The way it is built is just perfect for party of 6ppl. Everything it has inside is very useful and comfy. Amazing daily cleaning service. Always on time and always very attentive. Julia - our concierge was always available to handle any of our requests for restaurants, beach clubs, or just give any advise on how to go about our day. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect getaway
Villa Sunrise, St. Martin villa review
We could not have had a better experience! The Villa was beautiful, clean, modern, and spacious. The setting overlooking the hills and the ocean was magical. The pool, outdoor living space, and grounds were gorgeous. And, Betsy made the whole experience seamless. We arrived with a fully stocked fridge and a rental car waiting for us in the driveway. Betsy helped us arrange in-Villa PCR tests (mandatory for our return flights) so that we didn’t have to waste precious vacation time going to a clinic. And she gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall, we received incredibly professional support from beginning to end and a fantastic week in a beautiful private setting. A wonderful experience - probably the best winter holiday we have had as a family. We will be back!
