It is probably the short walk to Guana Bay Beach that will please you the most when you stay at Alizee villa, but the seven-bedroom villa has much more to offer, including an outdoor shower, large oval-shaped pool, views of the ocean, ping pong table, soccer table and basketball hoop, a fitness room, a fully equipped kitchen, and state-of-the-art appliances. It fits four couples or a large family with children comfortably, but would also provide enjoyment for honeymooners. Vaulted ceilings, stark coloring, and contemporary furniture fill the indoor living areas, which helps draw the eye to the tropical foliage and ocean beyond. Guests are free to swim, walk, or just sit and share a toast.

Alizee villa is a 7-bedroom, 7-bath villa located in Guana Bay, within walking distance of Guana Bay Beach. The views, the backdrop of sky, sea and Alizee villa with blue accents can be enjoyed daily.
The living area is furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from France and offers views of the ocean. It has been designed to provide all necessary amenities to please guests. The indoor living area is bright and crisp with 18-foot-high white wood plantation ceilings offering a comfortable sitting area and in-door dining for 6-8 persons. Large glass doors open onto the pool area which offers an outdoor covered dining area for 12-16 persons.
The villa is set on two levels. The upper level is the main part of the villa offering 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are three independent equal master bedrooms each with views, en-suite bathroom, and queen-size bed. In the main house, there are two additional bedrooms next to the living area. One bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds and a double bed (sleeps four in total) with views and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and a great sea view.
The air-conditioned living room is open to the gourmet kitchen, which offers granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances.
Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor terrace. The terrace offers a private pool, an outdoor covered dining area that seats 12-16 persons, a private gazebo with an additional dining area for 4 persons right next to the pool, and a Jacuzzi.
The lower level of the villa offers two additional bedrooms. Bedroom six has an ocean view and offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The seventh bedroom offers 1 set of bunk beds and a double bed (sleeps four in total) with garden views and an en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, large garage area to include a ping pong table, laundry room and a full generator. Eventually, there is a fully equipped fitness room with TV, sofas and A/C.
The villa’s extensive space, rooms, patios, outside terrace, Jacuzzi, gazebo and private pool join together creating a wonderful harmonious flow throughout and are bordered by a luxuriant large garden. A large wooden gazebo is located in the coconut field to ensure complete privacy and offer a magic relaxing time.
The private oval-shaped pool area offers a terrace surrounded by chaise lounges for guests to sunbathe and soak in the pool while enjoying views of the ocean. In addition, there is an outdoor covered dining area that seats 12-18 persons, an additional dining area for 4 persons by the gazebo located, Jacuzzi, and large gas BBQ grill.
